Friendly staff, spacious room, strategic location, worth the money. Highly recommend if you want to stay in the Old Quarter area. Unfortunately, during our 4-night stay, we found a few small cockroaches in the bathroom area. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Overall, the hotel was nice; we got an upgraded room, which was more spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, there was one downside: the female staff member at the breakfast restaurant was very rude and stern, making us reluctant to order food. Perhaps the kitchen staff could be more welcoming to guests.

The best hotel out of all my stay in Vietnam. Very friendly and helpful staff, even helped us communicate with our tour guides and recommended restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. Location is close to lots of restaurants and cute shops. Would return next time I visit Hanoi for sure.

We love how Lucky, the evening female receptionist, treated us like her parents. She shared some cookies with us because we were at the hotel during the mid-autumn festival. She was so lovely and bubbly, always bearing with her an exceptional customer oriented service. Wishing her the best of luck! We also took a day trip with the help of a male staff, who shared a detailed info on which trip to take without pushing us too much to buy.

This hotel is located in a strategic location, just walking distance to Pho10 (don't forget to try this famous and tasty pho!) and the night market. The next day, although we had checked out in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to have a shower at night before we caught the night train to Sapa. Overall, I had a nice stay in this hotel, enjoyed a good variety of breakfast, and was very happy with the friendliness of the staff.

The hotel is easy to find, close to the center and delicious places to eat! Friendly staff and enthusiastic guides! Clean, airy room. The toilet and bathroom are reasonably arranged! Diverse food. Plus point: you can book in advance to bring along if you are running out of time.
