Toilet did not work. Furniture broken.

They do not clean below the sleeper sofas unless you bring it to their attention.

Clean, quiet rooms, and comfortable.

Dishes left in dishwasher, no liquid hand soap, no hair conditioner and the refrigerator was broke and didn’t notice it until the following morning when transforms from the refrigerator to coolers and food wasn’t cold.😢 Reported it to the front desk, her reply was: I have a whole list of items that need to be fixed.

Facility was so clean and the staff were so friendly!

It is a very good option when you are visiting Flint, however the house keeping was not as good as expected, they promise to clean the room every other day, they did clean it during our 5 nights visit, we had to request clean towels and clean sheets every other day.

It was a very comfortable hotel to stay in.

The propert seems to be nice but when we got to the room the bathroom doors slide and the top was broken so we could barely shut the door and I called the front desk to let them know about the door and the front desk person did not leave notes like they said.

Upon entry, Theresa was warm, friendly & helpful. Even at checkout the women who helped me was also a prime example of customer service! I didn’t eat breakfast but heard from my colleagues it was amazing along with their coffee. Will be back again.

Very pleased with our recent stay at home2 suites by Hilton. Had to stay in the Flint area for an event and this was the nicest hotel in the area

Room was dirty- dirty fingerprints all over light switches, tons of black hair all over the bathroom, bathroom sink did not drain, refrigerator was filed with water and ice. Bed was sunken in as if it was 400 years old. Bathroom smelled of smoke. Terrible room
