Terrible mattress. I had to use the duvet under the bedsheets to be able to sleep. I could feel the springs. Also the room was facing the lift and every one coming late or leaving early was talking outside but seems they were inside our room.

Friendly staff. Cold/warm water in the shower. Terrible mattress. Tiny elevators that work/no work.tv with 3 channels.pretty good location with a 30 min walking to plenty good pubs. Breakfast I gave up on the second day and didn’t take anymore after I tried a watermelon tasting cigarette smoking. Terrible WiFi connection in the third floor. As we don’t stay in the room that much, we didn’t change hotels but I wouldn’t book again.

Too much noise early, the windows need to be noise proof…the bedroom leak water on the floor

It is very well located, the breakfast was good and free, and the air conditioner worked fine. The only drawback was the mold smell in the room, but after leaving the window open for a while, it improved.

Old building not well maintained. Paint is peeling the hallways are dark and mildew-y. You get begged for money by homeless the instant you walk out the door, terrible area. Your key card demagnetizes every single day so you have to check back in, every day, even if you paid. I did.not complete the full stay and they wouldnt refund or fix any problems.

The hotel is old, I stayed there more than 12 years ago, and when it was a different brand it was better.

This hotel is well located in the center of Curitiba in a beautiful street what makes harder to stay in this hotel because the change of view when you enter into the hotel seems like you are entering into another reality. Don't waste your time and go to another place. The hotel is dirty with stained floor everywhere and furniture like you get at the curb in poor neighborhoods. The room was clean. We couldn't close tge window because it was suffocating hot and ac was non- existent. Mosquitoes swarmed inside and you got the picture. Breakfast was surprisingly good for the local but the place didn't give me appetite. We made a point if taking picture in the deceiving balcony, only place worthy of guests.

Ótimo custo beneficio, equipe muito receptiva!!

A equipe foi muito atenciosa, o quarto tinha um bom tamanho, a cama era confortável e a localização muito boa.

Proximidade de muitos pontos turísticos.

A equipe é gentil, café da manhã excelente, quarto grande e limpo.

Muito barulho no quarto, acústica ruim, chão do quarto estava sujo.

O único problemas dos hotéis no centro de Curitiba é a falta de estacionamento próprio. O hóspede precisa pagar 40 reais por dia. O café da manhã do hotel é bem básico, mas as meninas da cozinha, principalmente D. Olha, são maravilhosas.

O atendimento ao cliente da equipe que trabalha a noite poderia ser melhor, falta de suporte em relação as dúvidas e atendimento muito mal feito Não foi possível usar a água quente E quando solicitei ajuda, ninguém se prontificou

Equipe atenciosa e agiu, o quarto estava ótimo porém aconteceu umas pequenas coisinhas mas que foi resolvido(ex: controle do ar errado, coberta não tinha..). Mas tirando isso foi muito bom o café é básico mas não deixam faltar nada e sempre repondo!

O quarto estava organizado e limpo, equipe sempre muito educada.

Já é terceira vez que a rede nos coloca em quartos inferiores e bem diferente dos das fotos... E ainda as roupas de cama estavam com um cheiro horrível de cachorro molhado e o quarto impregnado do cheio de k-boa... Foi mto difícil dormir...
