Great place to stay, check in information was clear and easy. The location was quiet, and room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

hi woukd like to give some feedback on our stay: - bathroom bin hadn’t been emptied and had thd last person’s ear wax cotton buds in it - ⁠the crazy shelf above thd sink was a health & safety hazard as i have a 2 cm cut across the bridge of my nose - ⁠the jacuzzi had one of the metal nozzles lying in the bottom of it and obviously hadn’t been cleaned - ⁠the light switch for bathroom didn’t switch off - ⁠the towels smelt very fusty after one use - ⁠the soundproofing is horrendous - you could hear people walking, talking & snoring in ither rooms - ⁠four hangers to hang clothes - ⁠and the polyester ducet and pillows were cheap and horrific and the duvet cover had no buttons at the bottom to keep it on during the night the room had tall ceilings though

No hot water, no TV working

The hotel is in a lovely area and the room is a nice size. As this is classed as a boutique hotel I would expect a coffee machine in the room, more than 3 tea bags for a 2 night stay and better quality pillows as they were lumpy.

Hot water wasn't working when we arrived (although they did fix it) and we couldn't get the hot tub to work. Not the best.

The room was nicely decorated. However, they could have removed the painters tape upon completion. This is a minor point. The jacuzzi bath was amazing however, didn't work which was a pity. So really acted as a large bath. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was to a good standard.

20 minute walk from both Angel and Highbury and Islington tube stations. 5 minute walk from a Tesco express and High Street Islington. Easy to check in and the room was clean and well stocked, with tea/coffee and shampoo/shower gel. Small problem locating the switch for the jacuzzi and a bit of a trial filling it with hot water, but it was welcome after hours of walking.

Had a lovely stay here. Attended an event at the Union Chaple, walkable. The room was lovely, unique and very comfortable.

The room was charming and had everything we needed for a short stay.

We stayed here to go to a concert at the Emirates Stadium. We were very happy with the hotel, the room was big and clean, lovely shower. It exceeded our expectations. Staff very responsive to message. Only one thing to improve on would be the instructions on how to find the property as the door is quite hidden. Very good stay, would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. Bed was a little hard. The curtains werent black out and the neighbours were a little noisy at times but the not the fault of the hotel. Overall would stay again

Damm good value. As someone who uses hotels a lot in London, this was really good value. Room was massive had had all the room amanities of a hilton or other 4 star equivalent. But for a third of the price! Yes you don't get the hotel facilities, but honestly the room was really good and at a very reasonable price. Which for a mid week stay in London is hard to come by (unless it's Sunday)

Great spacious room with really nice design, at a good price in a great location. However it was very difficult to get hold of anyone when we needed assistance.

Not exactly in the fun part of town but really easy to get to those areas

It is very nice and restaurant meal was very good. Hotel Team always answer emails all questions. It is very good location
