The staff in the front team were very helpful and friendly. We appreciate the decoration and chocolate for my boyfriend's birthday request. We super love them. Thank you so much 🙏🤗. We checked in on the first day with a bit of rain, so my boyfriend had to go to the car park to take some stuff, but there was no umbrella inside the room. We asked for an umbrella, but some staff said their housekeeping set it up in your room for sure... but there was none 🥺. There was no beach bag or minibar. My experience with housekeeping was not good. We stayed for 2 nights and requested cleaning from 9 in the morning, but when we came back around 5 pm, no one had come to clean. I called the reception, not sure if the time to clean for in-house guests is after evening time? Around 5:40 pm, they finally came.

The atmosphere is nice, peaceful, and there are plenty of activities to do.

The room was large and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the view was beautiful.

This is my third visit. The atmosphere is great, there are lots of photo opportunities, the service is excellent, the food is delicious, and all the staff are lovely.

The staff, both at the front desk and in the breakfast area, were lovely. They greeted and smiled at every customer. The accommodation was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxation.

The accommodation is very good, clean, even though it's raining, it's still beautiful.
