Restaurant - unavailable for evening as they had "large group". Even though half the room was empty, I was asked to come back in an hour or so to get some food... Room - booked double, got single, no refund, no apology, nothing. Place feels old, best is to book other hotels in area

Strange hotel with very dated carpet and decor, unfriendly and not helpful staff, but good breakfast, which was nice. Note that there is no way to do laundry here--not a service or even machines in the building. When I asked the front desk woman about laundry she told me I could look up a place on Google... very helpful. My room was only cleaned / bed changed twice in 6 nights. The breakfast was the saving grace of this place, and the fact that the room was a decent size and not ridiculously cramped. Wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again but the value isn't the worst overall.

Clean and fresh hotel great food and the staff makes you feel at home

Staff was fantastic. If the resterant isnt bysy, staff might be a bit slow, but the food is really good. I enjoyed the sauna on site, however, the cold water bucket temperature was warmer than i would have liked. In the winter, the lighting in the rooms could be brighter, but the room itself was clean & comfortable.

My second visit to this hotel. Its clean, affordable, friendly, and convenient to public transportation.

It was a nice hotel. A little shabby. But I believe they’re in the process of updating it. They had a wonderful breakfast as well.

I liked morning cappuccino and breakfast. I think my stay will be in Stockholm though because there was little choice of restaurants.

The staff was very very nice. When I arrived, there were two pieces of broken glass in the bathroom, near the trash can. I was lucky to notice them and not to step on one. The hotel is within earshot of the commuter rail, if you have the window open. On the other side of the hotel is the highway. There's a small community between the hotel and the commuter rail. There is a complimentary private sauna. The sauna itself was nice, but the room it was in was in a statement of mild disrepair. The bed was fine, firm. The safe did not work, but I did not have any problem with theft. Breakfast was bland, but included. Mostly, it felt like large groups with kids, looking to minimize costs were staying here. Overall, this place was a solid average, 3 star hotel, priced accordingly/reasonably.

The worst

Great hotel - clean, good facilities, great breakfast options and a good location, 10 minute walk to the station that takes you into town in 15 minutes. 24 hour reception is difficult to understand - I had to call the phone number for someone to help me open the front door but the staff were extremely helpful

Room felt like a cell, no window, no ensuite. Bit tricky to find as, according to my taxi driver, they keep changing the name "like, a stupidly often' Friendly staff,clean enough and a decent breakfast included. Three stops from Stockholm Central I would stay again but would take more care selecting the room.
