Very good but wish they would give free airport shuttle

It was great

Some staff was good, since our fridge does not work ha puts my package to staff fridge, but later of the day front lady refused to it and told me to put in the common area which was easy reachable by anyone. The room was good, particular mattress. Close to tram station !

Very friendly staff. Specifically, Moe at the front desk went above and beyond.

Some reception individuals are unfriendly .. and maybe this is something to improve. However we had a smiley reception’s who was friendly. The lights in the room did not work and they promised to send a technician but never happened. Maybe working on being friendly to customers who arrive tired especially after long hours of travelling. Also we were in a Suite room for two and one side of the bed was stuck to the wall. Hence the one person will have to jump to get off the bed. Not practically situated

Although 3 staff on reception directing everyone to self service check in. System running slow took around 15 mins to check in. Terribly over crowded breakfast. Just about service at check out.

Great for a medium stay, public transportation is really convenient and takes around 25-30 minutes to get to the city center. The room is spacious and well equipped

Amazing experience and hotel staff were friendly.

This hotel is 10 minutes to airport and 25 minutes to central train station and city center. All the staff were helpful and rooms were comfortable, clean and well stocked . Very close to shopping center and open 24 hours of service. Thank you . Keep up great service kaushik

Good but single duvet on king size bed

The room was very nice and the staff were great. Good location, my main complaint is that the beds in that hotel are absolutely terrible. That is why I’m only giving this hotel a few stars. Very good location tho right next to multiple tram lines and near the airport

Room was spacious, closed to supermarkets and bus stops. Staff were friendly. Had laundry on site, 3 Euro for washing and 2 Euro for drying. Happy stay!

Room was small, dusty but very hot but the bed was comfortable.

Amazing service and good location

Enjoyed my stay at the Radisson. Excellent transport links just a stones throw away. Great location - just 24 mins away to Zurich HB which is central to the city. Also only 12 mins away from the airport. Very clean throughout, staff are very friendly and the new Luigia restaurant which caters throughout the day is very good.

Switzerland was one of my dream trips. I love that country. This was an affordable, great option. Perfect stay!
