Check-in was clear and smooth. Parking instructions were provided clearly with video as a guide, too. The room was spacious considering there's 5 of us. Provided amenities were sufficient and well-prepared, too. Good experience with this stay!

There is parking available about 200 meters from the hotel. Self check-in is required.

I complained to the application because I didn't get the password to enter J-Stay Beppu. We were forced to call and they answered in Japanese. We had a hard time until we couldn't enter the hotel for more than half an hour.
