The room could have been cleaned. The wallpaper was dirty and brown, and the water lines could have been improved for guest comfort. The bathroom was cleaned (the toilet, floor, and walls felt like they needed a scrub). The room was different from the photos on the app. The staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful. We apologize, but our stay wasn't a good experience. Hopefully, this will serve as feedback for hotel management to improve. It's a shame the location is quite strategic. We only stayed one night in rooms 202 and 208. The second night we stayed elsewhere. The room rates were cheaper but the conditions were much better. The room was very clean, with complete amenities, and comfortable. At first, we thought it was just the standard, but it turns out it does need attention. We hope this review helps management make changes for the better in the future.

Friendly staff, check in was smooth and they arranged transport for us. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable with nice clean sheets. The bathroom was not very good. The air conditioner drained onto the bathroom floor, meaning it was constantly wet. In order to get warm-ish water, you had to reach up very high and switch on the switch to the heater, this switch was constantly tripping. It was almost impossible to get water to come out of the shower head, and the tap was lose so fell off often. The bathroom did not feel clean.

Facilities do not match the price. We took a deluxe room, but the room and bathroom were very small. There are no bedroom lights. The hot water doesn't work.

There is no elevator, steep stairs, the bathroom in the room going up the stairs makes it dangerous especially when it's old, it doesn't match the price of the room with the facilities provided.

Clean. Good service. Good breakfast. Conclusion: satisfactory. The drawback: the bulkhead between the rooms is not from the wall, so the sound of the next room is easy to hear.

Well that's fine. Information about the surrounding environment/transportation info/taxi to and from the airport, the staff replied that they didn't know. Price? Still beyond expectations. We stayed in a deluxe room, there was no window, only a glass box, coincidentally the position of our room was in the basement/ground floor, the bathroom (very short roof, narrow, water smells of iron and no hot water) Thank you.

Room rates are not commensurate with the facilities provided. For the deluxe type, as far as my experience stays at any hotel, windows are available, but this is not. The room price is too expensive compared to the facilities.

The road to the 2nd floor smells bad, especially near the 2nd floor prayer room, the water in the bathroom also smells, the price is not in accordance with the facilities in my opinion 🙏.
