Friendly staff, spacious and bright lobby. There's free herbal medicine near the entrance to the Sidomuncul Gallery. The scent of lemongrass welcomes you from the lobby, but it's a bit too monotonous when you get to your room.

I absolutely love this 5-star hotel with its lemongrass scent. The welcome drink is a herbal drink, just choose what you want. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of eateries and convenience stores around the hotel, so you don't have to worry about finding one. The room is quite spacious and fragrant, and there are free bottled drinks like kunyit asem, c100, and kuku bima, which are refilled daily. For breakfast, you'll have to worry about what to eat because there are so many choices, and they're all delicious.

We love the breakfast food and the hotel is clean. Too bad this time we couldn’t extend with the executive lounge as my children always enjoy, although I have talk to Mr Henry but yeah the Tentrem management might have a quality of high prestige to maintain. A little recommendation to make the children club bigger and more fun.

It was a holiday stay for my family. We got quite a high price. It is great that Tentem always committed to maintain the prestige quality by making sure that no free upgrade or compliment nor discount given although the customers are regularly stay in the hotel. But it is good for us so we can now think to find an alternative hotel. We stay in other hotel on Friday for the first time (we always stays in Tentem everytime we come), and so far we are fine with it. We will still come back to Tentrem but we wont force ourself if the situation disallow us. Thank you for the experience. Breakfast was great with all the complete food in Semarang. Mr Angga in the executive lounge is always being so helpful everytime we come. My kids live the es marem. During breakfast we are offered to try the cake by Ms Milan ( who is so friendly to my kids). Thank you for the cake too.

The staff are friendly, cleanliness is maintained and the breakfast is very varied and there are stalls selling favorite foods in Semarang such as Koh Liem's asem-asem, Bu Pini's chicken rice, etc... and there is a sauna room, hot and cold pools besides the swimming pool... It was a very pleasant stay at Hotel Tentrem Semarang.

Staying at Tentrem Hotel Semarang, comfortable, parking can be valley, partition with the city center, comfortable, fun, food in the restaurant is very varied and delicious, many choices for eating, comfortable rooms and comfortable beds, only the bathroom is a bit smelly because the drainage is not smooth and the towels are not fresh smell. Hopefully it can be better for a 5 star hotel. Thank you

One of the best 5 star hotels I have ever tried, the price per night is also relatively very ok for a 5 star hotel. The staffs are very helpful and very friendly, the rooms are very spacious, comfortable and classy, the breakfast is very delicious. Maybe the best hotel for now in Semarang.

Clean room, indoor and outdoor play ground although not big but enough to make children happy, clean swimming pool and there are big pillows to play in the pool for children. Breakfast for children with height measurement is a bit uncomfortable because our child is only 5 years old but tall, although it turns out that his height is still within the normal size allowed to be able to have free breakfast. Overall we are comfortable staying here
