A very disappointing stay. The room was extremely dim, with only two lights working (one downlight and one toilet light). The ceiling was moldy, and the toilet and shower area were also moldy and covered with mildew. The room had a strong damp/musty smell, and there were cockroaches, showing very poor cleanliness standards. The bed sheets and pillowcases were worn out, old, and should have been replaced long ago. They are no longer suitable for use by guests. The TV was not functioning at all. No drinking water was provided, not even basic mineral water. The shower had no water heater, which made the stay very uncomfortable. I checked in at 2:00 PM, but towels were only provided at 8:00 PM, with the excuse that they had run out of towels — completely unacceptable. No prayer mat was provided, despite this being a basic consideration for Muslim guests. Most importantly, the photos shared on Google do not reflect the actual condition of the room at all. The real situation is completely different and misleading. Overall, this was a very poor experience and not worth the money paid. Highly not recommended.

Actually, for a hotel in the center of Jakarta, it's quite worth it, but it's only suitable for transit because this room has cockroaches, not to mention the mattress is a bit itchy, some of the springs are coming out, the TV is just for display, but it's still okay.

Thank God, the reception staff and security guards were very helpful. I was on the 5th floor and the elevator was broken, making it difficult to bring my luggage down. The room smelled unpleasant. Toiletries weren't provided, even though I'd asked for them several times, but they still weren't provided. The towels were very thin and didn't absorb any air. There were no bolsters, and the head pillow was so thin it wasn't even usable.
