The hotel is near the city center, convenient for getting around. It's clean, and the staff are enthusiastic and friendly. The only downside is that the soundproofing between rooms is still a bit noisy. Otherwise, it's OK.

The room was comfortable and pleasant. The only thing that could be improved is the hot water tap. It's nice to shower in cold weather without getting so cold. The staff were friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable. It's a good option for large groups. 🥰

The hotel is near the center so it's convenient to go anywhere, the room is not very new, the price is reasonable, if you have a room, you can take it right away without being charged extra. I suggest the hotel should change the pillowcases and wash the sofa.

The only downside of the hotel is the soundproofing issue, however, with such a price, you can't ask for more; this soundproofing issue actually comes from the tourists' awareness, not the hotel's control. The hotel's huge plus point is that it is located right in the center, very easy to move around and the food around the hotel is delicious; the staff is 100 times more friendly, friendly, and drinks are also free🫶🫶

Early check-in without extra charge, spacious and comfortable rooms, close to the center. But the room is not soundproof, the noise from the rooms next door is very clear and loud so it is difficult to sleep. Everything else is ok.

I booked Hana Hotel, verified and paid, but when I checked in, the staff informed me that the hotel was under renovation (although there was no sign of renovation) and suggested that I move to a nearby hotel (of course the room was smaller, different from the one I booked and paid for. I tried to find that hotel and found the price was almost 1/3 cheaper than the price I booked). Because I checked in late at night (around 10pm) and stayed only 1 night, I didn't like to argue. However, I felt cheated and very disappointed by this way of doing business. I booked exactly 1 month in advance. Before the check-in date, I contacted the hotel staff to inform them in advance, but the staff did not mention anything about my check-in being at another nearby hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nearby there are good rice and noodle shops. Clean rooms are cleaned every day. Only the neighbors are under renovation so it's a bit noisy. The hotel rents motorbikes, and lends umbrellas and raincoats when it rains. If I return to Da Lat, I will still choose to stay here.
