This was my first time in Da Lat, and instead of booking a room near the market, I booked one in the Cao Thang area. The advantage is that it's extremely quiet, and the owners (both the landlord and the homestay owner) are very gentle, lovely, and attentive. They'll let me know if the room is cleaned early so I can rest. The view from the room is also quite pretty; I haven't tried watching the sunset here, so I don't know about that. The disadvantage is that Cao Thang street is quite deserted, and there aren't many lights at night, so if you come back late and are traveling alone like me, it's a little scary. I usually return around 8 PM, so thankfully it's still okay. If you're traveling with two or more people, it's fine. Unfortunately, the only problem was that the greenhouse below had fertilizer (?) scattered around, so it smelled a bit, but it quickly dissipated once inside the room. Another point is that the soundproofing in the room isn't very good. I was 1 meter away from a couple's room and could hear their conversation quite loudly, even though I couldn't hear clearly what they were saying, it was still quite noisy =)))))) If you have trouble sleeping, you should consider this, or ask the owners to gently remind the people in the next room. It's not too far from the city center; on average, everything I go to is only 2-3km away, so it's perfect for those who want a relaxed, leisurely trip without being in a hurry. In short, my personal experience is an 8/10.

The experience at Mer is 5*, everyone. 2 The host's uncle and family were very supportive. I arrived half a day earlier than expected, intending to leave my things and go out, then come back at noon to check in - The owner had an empty room so she let me check in first. Overall, thanks to Mer, this trip was wonderful ^_^

Chỗ ở vô cùng ưng ý, bác chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình, phòng mới, sạch sẽ, hỗ trợ gọi taxi từ sân bay về home và thuê xe máy giúp mình luôn. Vị trí rất tiện đi lại. Nói chung, rất hài lòng.

The room has a very nice view, looking far away is the mountain. The internet is ok, the room is fully equipped like a 3 * hotel. The room is built separately, with a separate entrance so you don't have to worry about affecting your sleep, it's quiet so you can sleep soundly from 10pm to 5:30am. There are many temples and monasteries around, you can walk in and see them. Because my vacation is a resort, I focus on the quiet. The house is built on high ground, so it has a pretty nice view, which means the slope is also great, hehehe, below behind is a strawberry garden. There is a market 1.5-2 km away. Food in this area is cheaper than in the center. The owner is enthusiastic. In general, you should book it. I will come back if I have the chance.

Mình đặt từ 10/1-13/1, nhưng có việc gấp không đi được. mình nhắn thỏa thuận với anh chủ homestay xin dời lịch sau Tết. bên homestay rât nhiệt tình và đã thay đổi giúp mình( dĩ nhiên Tết phải bù tiền thêm vì phòng lên giá). Mới tới nhận phòng là được lì xì đầu năm rồi, rất thích luôn ạ. View đồi núi cực kì xịn sò luôn, phòng rộng rãi, không khí rất dễ chịu. Mình ấn tượng nhất là sự nhiệt tình của homestay, tất cả mọi người ai cũng thân thiện và hỗ trợ mình rất nhiều. À, Tết khó tìm thuê xe máy, anh chủ cũng hỗ trợ tìm giúp luôn. Chỗ này tới trung tâm khoảng 12p thôi. đường rất dễ đi nha. Gần với đồi cỏ hồng, đồi đa phú, cafe cún, nông trại cừu, vườn dâu cầu gỗ còn rất nhiều địa điểm khác, mọi người tra gg map là thấy được. Mình thấy chỗ này điểm tuyệt đối 10/10 nhé! Mọi người đi Đà Lạt nên trải nghiệm chỗ Mer Homestay này nhé.

My family stayed here very comfortably. The host was really enthusiastic and pleasant. In addition, the host also has airport shuttle service and sightseeing and photography services at beautiful places (if guests have a need, of course there is a fee). We were especially grateful when the host opened the door to welcome our family early (because the car runs quite fast at night, we arrived at home at around 4am 😅😅🤭) if we have the chance, we will come back
