Terrible support! I had a reservation for room 102, but when I arrived, I realized someone was already staying there. I couldn’t reach the receptionist by phone, as they only respond via text, which made the situation even more frustrating. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of proper management and customer service.

I want my husband to have a warm, cozy, clean place to rest when he comes to Vietnam. After choosing the Cozrum system, it is convenient, close to the center, the automatic system is also convenient, but regarding the towels, I suggest they should be replaced. They are too old and do not smell good. The room in Hoa Hung should be cleaner.

Simple procedure, enthusiastic and easy to understand instructions. Central location, convenient. Full of shops around. However, the room is a bit old compared to the photo. It doesn't affect much, just a little fail expectation at first.

Check-in, check-out without meeting anyone is super convenient, clean room with full amenities, if you come, bring a toothbrush. It seems like there is some construction going on so it's a bit noisy sometimes. The air conditioner is quite old so sometimes there is water running, you should check it again.

I came back to this chain for the third time, but this time my room was on the ground floor. Everything was fine like the previous two times I used the service. However, the room I stayed in this time had a door facing the alley. Although there was an additional iron door outside, because there were no curtains, I felt uncomfortable when staying there.

The service is terrible. I have never stayed anywhere that is this bad. The cleaning is dirty. When it was time to check in, the room was not cleaned yet. There were still a lot of things from previous guests. Booked 3 rooms for relatives. But 2 rooms were like that. The accommodation also does not allow motorbike parking.

The room was a terrible mess, the walls were made of dirty cement and full of footprints. The bathroom didn't even have a place to hang clothes.

I rented 3 rooms, but 1 room did not have a room card. However, the staff were very enthusiastic and quick to support. The room was beautiful, just like the picture described.
