When I checked in, there were already some ants on the bed, but I understood it, maybe because I wasn't careful when cleaning the room. But the next morning I woke up, ants were everywhere and covering the milk bottle that I had placed the night before on the floor in a paper bag near the trash can, which turned out they were probably nesting in the bathroom because there were also many ants in the bathroom, which I took a photo of. Because I had already taken the paper bag that was covered in ants out of the room, when I went downstairs I complained to the receptionist who actually blamed me for putting the milk bottle in the paper bag, with a curt and flat face, "oh yes Sis because the bottle was put in the paper bag". Logically, even if I put the milk bottle in the trash can, the ants would have gone there too because there were ants in the trash can too but not as many as on the paper bag containing the milk bottle, and the bathroom door in the room I was in also couldn't be locked because the bolt was open. I've previously stated that I've stayed at Dparagon Senopati and Menteng and that there were never any animals in the room, even though I put leftover food and bottles of flavored drinks in paper bags. Honestly, I'm disappointed. This is the first time I've checked into a guesthouse with ants and had a problem or complaint. Instead of apologizing, the staff blamed the customer first. So sorry, I'll never be back. It's a really bad experience.

The room was full of mosquitoes, huhu, and the hotel had no solution for that🥺. The sheets and pillowcases were so fluffy, it was uncomfortable.

Check-out was too early, having to check out at 11 AM... this was the first time I'd found a hotel that required check-out at 11 AM. The night guard was unfriendly and didn't smile much.
