I've been here several times, but none of the staff seem to be aware. They never let me check in early, even though it's at 1:00. They said the room would be ready at 2:00, but it's only now at 2:30. The Wi-Fi is intermittent. There's no new variety in the food. It's always been the same.

Very comfortable and enjoyable.. the place is beautiful.. the air is cool.. next time I want to stay here again ☺️

It's fun and kids friendly.. but there's only one drawback. The playground is not maintained. It's too old and rusty. It should be fixed to be safe. If it's rusty, we'll be worried too. The wooden ones are also loose and afraid they'll break. Please fix them. But the rest are okay and good.

The ambiance was very nice traditional Joglo style. The bedsheets, towels and bathroom were dirty.

From the start of check in, the receptionist said the room was free upgrade because the initial room booked had damaged properties. Upgraded to a higher type of room, but the location was very far away had to go through stairs. Difficult to access. Not to mention that when we arrived at the room there were still many dirty spots on the bed and on the cover. The floor was not clean. It was very dirty, it looked like it had not been used for a long time. There were lots of mosquitoes because the room was in the farthest corner. Not to mention that we could not order room service from the room. We had to walk all the way to the restaurant to order. Even though we had stayed here before and we could order room service from the room and pay with a deposit. It was really strange that the system had been changed. The receptionist was not very informative. Even though I had told them the room was far away, how could we not order from the room. Because I couldn't stand it, my friends and I immediately moved to another hotel. We checked out at night to the housekeeping. Eh, the next morning we were still chatting with the receptionist and told to check out. It was really strange that people were already CO. Miskom was the team. Even though I had been here several times and this was really disappointing. The service is not the same as before.

friendly staff helps deliver, but does not help carry things, only gives directions to the room, there are many things that need to be considered, especially the cleanliness of the bathroom, the bathroom has a lot of mold on the walls, pay attention to the maintenance of each room, the wifi is very slow so we can't enjoy TV for YT etc., the swimming pool has a lot of leaf litter on the bottom, actually this villa is very good and family friendly, just a few things need to be considered again to make it better

back to nature, the atmosphere is very nice when the night is quiet, the morning is fresh for walking, jogging, or going around the villa, the place is very good overall I really like it, there are only a few things that really need to be considered. the service so far is ok, the facilities are complete, it's just that the sheets are still dirty with lots of stains and spots, there are still small animals in the bathroom, please pay attention again, the wifi is really slow, please fix it, we can't enjoy TV for just YouTube because it's slow so the buffering is bad. the swimming pool is good, but there is still a lot of leaf litter at the bottom of the pool that has not been touched to be cleaned, so it's uncomfortable to swim there, there is an abandoned playground because it may have never been maintained and cleaned.

Okay, the staff is also friendly but can't do early check-out/late check-out. The food so far is good and the location is strategic. All the food is delicious according to taste. There is a swimming pool and the view is nice.

Maybe if there are deficiencies they can be fixed or moved to another room, if you complain about a dead light, it won't be replaced.

Overall okay, but the room looks like it has a lot of rat/gecko/whatever animal droppings. I've been waiting to check in since 12 (because the staff said you can only check in at 2 and it's still being cleaned up). It turns out there's still a lot of animal droppings.

It's great, it's been my umpteenth time here. Affordable, with a beautiful and comfortable hotel atmosphere.

for the place and food is pretty good. Just because the room is in the corner, so there is a smell of cow dung :( and when we went there the swimming pool was being repaired, so we couldn't swim hua. the rest is really good

It's good, but yesterday I got a bathroom that wasn't very clean in the toilet and the sheets and blankets were also dirty 🥲, but overall everything is good and really cool.

When I wanted to check in, I had already ordered via the app, but it turned out the room was full, not according to the app, and I had to wait a long time, but it was okay because the kids were happy with the place.

I came at night from out of town, I thought I could rest peacefully but it turned out the room was really dirty, the damp sheets had not been changed and the outside lights were off even though in my notes I had said to ask for a clean room. Sleeping was uncomfortable

The staff is friendly, the room is clean. Only the bathroom smells a bit when you first enter, but overall it is recommended.

Actually the place is nice and comfortable, but because it is not well maintained, many facilities such as outbound, flying fox, are damaged. The point is it is not well maintained, the bed sheets when we entered were not changed, there were blood stains, the pillowcases smelled of previous people's use, I asked for the pillowcases to be changed.
