Favorite place for family stay in Sby

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the food is delicious.

A pleasant accommodation complete with Indomaret food court facilities, swimming pool, sports area, only the towels need to be replaced with new ones, they are very dull and thin.

Lots of places to eat, easy access to everywhere

The AC doesn't reach the top bunk at all so it's really hot up there.

The AC in the bedroom wasn't cold enough, the towels and mat were already wet when we first came in.

The hotel is very clean and spacious, but the AC is not very cold. However, the facilities are very good.

The bedroom is far from the AC. It makes sleeping hot.

I don't think it's worth it, I've already entered. To get to the room, you have to pass through a hallway that requires a card, so it's not complicated if one of the partners wants to leave, but at night the lights turn off by themselves, it's a bit creepy, I think I'm a bit scared. The bathroom is a bit like a double version of Aquarius cake.

The hotel's atmosphere is really nice. There are many facilities. There's a mini playground and a swimming pool too. The only inconvenience is that the AC isn't positioned towards the bed. So, in Surabaya's current hot weather, the bed is also hot, making it colder to sleep on the sofa.

Even though I only stayed one night, it was a memorable experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of amenities. The room was unique and spacious. I was very satisfied with my stay here.

The staff was friendly, and the check-in process was hassle-free. Most importantly, the hotel's comprehensive facilities, including a mezzanine-style room, are quite aesthetically pleasing.

At that price, it's really worth it, the mezzanine room feels like home.

For that price, a mezzanine room is well worth it. I'll definitely be back.

The location is a bit far from the city center, the hotel atmosphere is pleasant, there are lots of food stalls downstairs, upgrading to a room that directly faces the pool is quite worth it.

The room is spacious, the AC and water heater work well, there are swimming pool, gym and basketball facilities, many restaurants in the lobby area, there is an Indomaret next to the hotel, but the location is quite far right on the border of Sidoarjo and Surabaya, but it is actually close to the airport
