Got breakfast, even though it wasn't advertised. The emergency alarm went off at 4:30 AM, waking the kids. The staff told me the sensor was broken 😢 I was so scared.

Booked garden view room. Great for solo travelers or families. The staff were very friendly. I also love the convenient connecting gate to the mall. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a busy hotel within walking distance to the beach and Beachwalk Mall. The restaurant and breakfast space is small, but the food variety is good. The chef and staff were really good and worked hard to prepare gourmet food on the buffet. The room is nice and clean. And everybody who works here is always smiling and super nice!

The reception staff were like new students, lacking any hospitality. I requested early check-in, and they said check-in was at 2:00. There was no hospitality whatsoever, even though I stay there every time I'm in Bali.

The hotel's location is strategic for those planning activities in the Kuta area, but there's a bit of traffic to get there. I stayed in a deluxe room, and it was comfortable, even though the windows weren't very large.

What makes it most exciting and kid-friendly is the Playstation facility in the lobby, hehehe. My kids were so happy! Plus, the hotel's location inside a mall makes it easy to find food and snacks. Kuta Beach is also easy to walk to, too. The hotel rooms are quite spacious and clean. Breakfast options are also quite varied. Thank you!

A hotel located inside a mall. The hotel grounds are clean, and the lobby is comfortable for passing the time waiting to check in. It's close to Kuta Beach, making it easy to get to the beach. However, the walk from the hotel to the beach is quite long.
