3 memorable days, even though it was just for sleeping because the staff was friendly. Every time I entered the lobby I was greeted cheerfully, it felt like coming home. Cleanliness and comfort were also okay, I really liked the big pillow (if it was for sale I would buy it), I didn't have time and didn't think to take photos because most of them were outside 😅. The location is very strategic, the only downside for those who like to go out at night is that it's quite a hassle to walk out because the mall was already closed so you have to go around outside the mall.

The room with garden access is really cozy. You can watch a live band from the garden. I really like the friendliness of all the staff from the front desk to the front desk. Feels like home. MB 116

You're not allowed to store food in the hotel refrigerator. I've never heard of hotels that don't allow frozen food. The rooms are also basic, more suited to business trips than particularly comfortable ones. The mall is also quite far away; I thought there would be an elevator or something that would take you directly to the center of the mall. Well, it's fine for those who are just curious.

We were placed in the room at the very end of the alley (Room 165), far from the elevator, even though we had previously made a request to have a room near the elevator because we have elderly family members and kids. The garden access room is not what we expected. We were hoping to be placed in an even room with access facing the mall garden rooftop. The guest in the next room was also loud; the room walls are not soundproof.

Yello Hotel is attractive in its design and colors, which match its name. The rooms are well-equipped, and the amenities are pleasant. It's close to the Beachwalk mall and has an emergency elevator, thanks to its proximity to Kuta Beach. It's a pleasant experience.

I've stayed here twice. I love the unique concept and the strategic location right on Beachwalk, just a short walk to Kuta Beach. The rooms are a bit small, but that doesn't detract from the comfort of your stay.
