A new hotel with complete facilities, perfect for a family staycation. There's a playground, a pool, and the rooms have a great view (perfect for sunrise and sunset). Highly recommended.

Please be careful not to forget your belongings when checking out. Even if the staff checks your belongings in your room, they'll be checked again. This is the first time this has happened, after my second visit.

The Smart TV doesn't work, the breakfast menu isn't extensive, and there's no place to sit and relax in front of the room and smoking isn't allowed.

Initially happy to stay for one night... but unpleasant experience at breakfast. That night we were already WA, asked what breakfast menu would like.. and we requested breakfast at 7 am to be delivered to the room only to respect other guests who were fasting... they agreed and replied that it would be delivered at 7... but in the morning, even past 7 it had not been delivered... I WA they said it would be another 20 minutes... until my husband got angry, on the phone with him, finally at 7:30 the food just arrived.. an extraordinary delay... and of all the food, only fried rice was edible in my opinion.... because my husband and I were in a bad mood, we ordered rawon and soto, we didn't eat them either... we just took the meat to feed the dogs in Pohsarang... a very bad experience while staying at various hotels... this is the first time I had an experience like this... hopefully in the future it will be improved again... because the place is actually comfortable and clean... it would be a shame if it had to be bad because of the unprofessional restaurant management.

The location is far from anywhere and the road is very uphill, try to bring necessities and light snacks from the city. Although we can buy food and snacks at the hotel. The worst thing is the condition of the hotel towels is very dirty. It's only fragrant but the stains from previous guests are still there. Of the 3 towels, all are in the same condition. The sheets are also the same. And automatically the blankets etc. I tried to ignore it, because if I thought about it I definitely wouldn't be able to sleep. Because the washing system is not good. It would be better if there was a kapstok in the bathroom. For the condition of the mini zoo, it is concerning and very far from its natural habitat. All animals except deer and goats (turtles, geese, birds) are only fed 1 type, namely fur (chicken feed). Indeed, the entrance fee is cheap, but please pay attention to the condition of the animals too. Please improve the quality of the food ingredients and taste for the free breakfast menu because it is very different from the quality and taste if you order it yourself.
