The hotel is clean, the location is right in the park, the air is fresh and green. Opposite there is a very busy cafe. Breakfast is also okay, not very special. My room on the second night was upgraded, equal to the first night that I booked. It is the highlight of the hotel. However, there is one thing I am concerned about: I see that the guests are still quite amateur, the way to handle booking reservations is cumbersome, many stages. I think, when the guest has booked the room and paid on the app, the hotel should update it on the system and print the booking. When the guest arrives to check in, the hotel just needs to bring it out. Management should rethink how to check-in, so it's convenient, but I see that it's not only me but many other guests complaining about this problem.
