The hotel location itself is in an office area, nearby the train station and Aeon. If you walk around 10 minutes, there is an area with many hidden gem izakayas! Recommended if you prefer to stay somewhere not too crowded but still have easy access.

The staff are super friendly; they don't really speak English, but they welcome using translator communication. The hotel location is just right above the train station, right beside Oval Garden, which has Anytime Fitness, Aeon, Starbucks, Famima, Lawson, a drugstore, and restaurant options. Everything you might need during your stay is around. Inside the hotel, the bed could be more comfy. I booked a deluxe room, which is quite spacious for a couple. The view is absolutely amazing; it's a port area, and you can watch the sunrise from the room. I didn't hear any noise, so I could sleep very well. The heater is central, so we can't control it. The TV is old school, no smart TV. They have a laundry room at the 17th & 20th floor, but I don't think it works well for 3 kg of clothes; in my opinion, they need to check that. The location is near Odaiba but quite far from the city center like Shinjuku, Shibuya, etc. The rest, all good. We enjoyed our 5 nights here :)

On the third day, the AC in the room malfunctioned, making it extremely hot. We reported it twice, but there was no solution until we checked out.

A nice, modern hotel. The check-in lobby is on the 16th floor, and rooms from the 17th to 22nd floors offer great views. The rooms are quite spacious for an average Japanese hotel. The location is quite strategic, being close to Shinagawa Seaside Station.

The hotel is nice and clean. The view from the top is also beautiful. The AC isn't cold enough, I don't know why, maybe it's the central air conditioning or something. But overall, it's okay.

Starting from the spacious lobby, the rooms are quite spacious and clean, and what I like most about this hotel is that it is close to the Aeon supermarket.

Has convenient store nearby and restaurants.
