It would be better if they changed the air conditioner since it was leaking badly. They tried to repair it, but it didn’t work. So, it’s better to change the AC so other guests don’t have to face the same problem I did.

The building is old, but it's worth the price. The breakfast is also delicious.

The bathroom smelled of dead rats. Overall, it was good, but honestly, it was a bit scary. But the food was really good, especially the eggs, wow, super!

Actually good location and friendly/helpful staff. However, the shower is too small, it's inhumane. And the floor is slippery. Sadly, it's a dealbreaker, never going back.

The room was outdated. There was no bath mat. The phone didn't work. To contact the receptionist or housekeeper, you had to use WhatsApp, which was slow to respond. The TV wasn't smart; you had to program a TV station first. The balcony door was very difficult to open. The towels were torn. The most annoying thing: parking was expensive. I paid Rp 77,000 for parking. There was no prior notification that valet parking was required; I was only offered valet parking. The swimming pool was unusable. I wanted a staycation with my family, but instead I was frustrated with the hotel's service and facilities.

The hot water wouldn't work. It was incredibly dirty, full of dust. There were handprints on the cupboard glass. In the end, I decided not to stay there.

The blanket is very thin, not suitable for use, must be replaced.

1/ I booked a non-smoking room, but the room reeked of cigarettes, including the pillows and the entire room. I booked the Horizon Suite (3 bedrooms). I wasn't allowed to move rooms even though I had a small child, and was only offered a "treatment," which turned out to be just a spray of freshener! The cigarette smell never goes away! 2/ The room and floor were dirty. The sheets smelled of cigarettes and were musty. 3/ The ceiling was leaking, and water suddenly dripped onto the floor from who knows where. 4/ Two of the stove knobs were missing, and I had to light them with a match! They didn't even have a proper lighter! 5/ Much of the furniture was broken and poorly maintained. 6/ The AC was leaking and noisy! It made it impossible to sleep. I don't recommend staying here. For a 4-star hotel, this is very disappointing!

As for the room interior, it looks like it could use some renovation to make it more comfortable. The towels smelled of food, the water jug wasn't clean enough, and the elevator is under repair. It's very wobbly when entering, especially since the rooms are at the top. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

Hotel or apartment atmosphere, old-fashioned. Small bathroom and old shower. Other than that, it's okay. Spacious room, reasonable price.

Overall, all is still the same, as I expected. But now, things like the stove, microwave, and cooking utensils are not provided directly. Even though the reason I always stay here is because I want to cook, especially with a baby.
