Great hotel for business travelers in South Jakarta. Excellent location near major offices and public transport. The rooms are roomy and quiet, making it easy to work or unwind.

The staff was kind and very helpful. We left our suitcases before check-in, and overall, check-in was smooth and the room was clean.

Everything was fine, except for a slight issue with parking. It was a bit tricky because no one was on standby at the gate. Overall, everything was fine.

Nice, can see the city lights, got a room on the 29th floor. The room is spacious, got 2 rooms, breakfast is delicious and varied, there is a swimming pool for children too. In the single room the AC was broken, it didn't feel cold.

I was initially given a room on the 19th floor, but it was clearly not properly cleaned or prepared. The balcony door was open, the floor was dusty, and there was hair and dirt around the sink. The room also felt quite eerie, as if it had not been occupied for a long time. The female receptionist was very friendly and helpful in arranging a room change. Unfortunately, her male supervisor was less professional and seemed more interested in arguing than resolving the issue. I was moved to the 14th floor, but the room was still not properly cleaned. Under the bed, I found food packaging, used tissues, and a lot of dirt. Even borrowing an iron was unnecessarily difficult. Please pay more attention to housekeeping and guest service.

It would be better if they changed the air conditioner since it was leaking badly. They tried to repair it, but it didn’t work. So, it’s better to change the AC so other guests don’t have to face the same problem I did.

The building is old, but it's worth the price. The breakfast is also delicious.

The bathroom smelled of dead rats. Overall, it was good, but honestly, it was a bit scary. But the food was really good, especially the eggs, wow, super!

Actually good location and friendly/helpful staff. However, the shower is too small, it's inhumane. And the floor is slippery. Sadly, it's a dealbreaker, never going back.

The room was outdated. There was no bath mat. The phone didn't work. To contact the receptionist or housekeeper, you had to use WhatsApp, which was slow to respond. The TV wasn't smart; you had to program a TV station first. The balcony door was very difficult to open. The towels were torn. The most annoying thing: parking was expensive. I paid Rp 77,000 for parking. There was no prior notification that valet parking was required; I was only offered valet parking. The swimming pool was unusable. I wanted a staycation with my family, but instead I was frustrated with the hotel's service and facilities.

The hot water wouldn't work. It was incredibly dirty, full of dust. There were handprints on the cupboard glass. In the end, I decided not to stay there.
