The hotel staff was friendly. I checked in at 11:30 PM and the staff was still there. I needed a power outlet, which was provided and lent. It's just that the room is a bit tucked away, and the sign isn't large enough. The sheets and blanket have brown stains. Please wash them regularly. The bathroom is clean, and the facilities and service are quite good for the price.

Hotel staff are nice and friendly, the process is fast.

When you first enter the hotel, you can smell the dampness, but once you turn on the AC, the dampness of the room is no longer felt. The cleanliness is quite good. The service is okay. Especially for those who bring motorbikes, they are given a padlock, so you don't have to worry about security. So it's comfortable and safe during your stay. Plus there's Netflix and YouTube, so you feel more at home in the room even though the internet is a bit intermittent. Hopefully there will be improvements.

It is very comfortable to stay at monocoliving with relatively cheap prices for the bedrooms and facilities available, parking can be done in front of the inn, only for cars there is no canopy to protect from the heat and rain

First time I found out from Traveloka and it is very worth it if you stay here. Wifi, Netflix, YouTube facilities can be unlimited. The location is very strategic, located almost in the middle of the city. The price is also cheap for a room that is quite complete with facilities. Parking can be in front, if the car is outside the fence but it is quite safe. There are also many food sellers around it.

I highly recommend staying here because it's close to everywhere, especially the mosque. The staff are friendly, the AC is cold and works well. The water is flowing smoothly. If you want to make coffee, just get it downstairs. Overall, I'm really happy.

Alhamdulillah, I have been a regular at Mono Coliving Ngagel every time I go on holiday or have an event in Surabaya. The place is comfortable, clean, the staff are friendly, the water is flowing smoothly, the AC is cold, it works well, access to everywhere is also close & most importantly it is close to the mosque.
