So, I had the best experience staying here. The hotel is nice, beautiful, has a swimming pool, good facilities, full amenities too. For the price, it's really good, worth trying. It doesn't smell, even the towels smell really good. The mattresses, which are a bit soft and don't sag, could probably be improved. This will definitely be my favorite place to stay next time I go to the beach in Gunkid.

Stayed on a weekday and it was very quiet, with only two rooms occupied. The location is great, close to the beach, although there's no beach view. The downside is the poor quality of the spring bed, it sagged too much. Then I asked for breakfast to be ready at 7 am. When I arrived at the restaurant, it hadn't been cooked yet, so I waited another 30 minutes. How come there were only two guests and they were so upset 😂

The mattress was already bad, the springs felt soft, and sleeping made my body hurt from the springs. The sheets were also stained, and the AC wasn't cold enough even though I set it to the maximum temperature. The chairs in the room were also rickety, just waiting for the legs to break. The food was okay, so-so; the capcay was good, and the fried rice was mediocre. It would be better to replace the mattress if it's no longer usable, and have the chairs serviced and their legs replaced.

The resort is at a short walking distance from the beach. The rooms and the surroundings at the resort are very clean. Room service is very prompt. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. The only downside is the lack of food options at the restaurant.

The place is comfortable, but the AC is not cold enough and the bathroom door cannot be locked.

The AC in room 101 is not cold during the day, the air circulation in the ceiling is assisted by an exhaust fan from the east side to keep it cool, but it is necessary to make air vents from the west sides so that the air circulation in the ceiling is smoother, and there is no buzzing sound from the exhaust fan (weakness of metal roof tiles)

Casa Coco resort is so near from Sundak Beach and Ngandong Beach, we can walk from the hotel to the beach.. we enjoy the surrounding.. the staff and the local are very friendly..

It's a 3-star resort, but the rooms are like 2-star hotels, and the restaurant and reception aren't open 24 hours. It's a bit difficult to find food because the area is still forested.

cleanliness is ok... service is ok.. unfortunately the swimming pool is not very clean and the water circulation is only turned on for 1 cm.. so we didn't swim... it's a shame even though the hotel has a swimming pool

the place is comfortable, clean, the staff is friendly but yesterday I didn't get mineral water, usually if there is a hitter they give mineral water but yesterday I didn't get it. Breakfast is ready after 7.00 so yesterday I had to wait quite a long time for breakfast.
