The staff were friendly, but the hotel didn't offer snacks, not even instant noodles. The toilet had a rather strong odor (early the next morning). The room had a low ceiling and poor soundproofing, so it was difficult to sleep inside due to noise outside.

I booked a 15m² Rose room because I thought the cheaper rooms were quite small. Upon check-in, the staff assigned me to a 7.5m² room plus a toilet, totaling 10m² (not like the room in the photos). There wasn't enough space for me to open my suitcase. I requested a room change, but the staff said I would have to pay extra. This is unreasonable because I had already paid a higher price for a larger room when booking. Later, the hotel offered to change rooms for me, but I was too tired and went to sleep, so I didn't change. I hope the hotel will handle this situation fairly and harmoniously to ensure the legitimate rights of its customers.

Everything is fine just booked a higher priced room than the actual room received upon check-in.

I had to wait 20 minutes because they couldn't find the room I booked, in the end they still couldn't find it so they took a room equivalent to the price I paid. Normally I'm fine and satisfied when I come here but 14/2 was terrible
