1. We rented on May 2, 2026, Executive bungalow 2 bedrooms 102 and 103. When we arrived, the trash can in front of the room was full and until check out the trash had not been collected. 2. After entering the room and checking the bathroom, there were wet clothes on the floor thought to belong to the previous guest. 3. In room 103, the lock is manual and entering room 1, the mattress is hard. 4. For an Executive Bungalow class, there is no hot water in the bathroom.

It's very close to the West Coast, perfect for those with children. The new superior room on the 5th floor offers a beautiful view. The double king bed is comfortable and spacious. The hotel's customer service is also very friendly and responsive. The food is delicious.

The room was actually nice, but the bathroom wasn't very clean. There was only one trash can, which wouldn't be enough for a small child. Breakfast wasn't confirmed beforehand that it was à la carte, not buffet, huh?

Comfortable room, as ordered, with pool view. The only downside is there's no telephone in the room to call the operator. Overall, it's okay.

Thank you very much, I got a junior suite with 2 Queen Beds, there is a living room, a hook position & I got 2 balconies, so it's perfect for a vacation with family, in the hotel lobby there is WeDrink so it's not far if the kids want ice cream.

I've stayed at Long Beach twice in Pangandaran, and it's a great location right on the beach. The hotel is comfortable and clean, and I highly recommend it for those looking to stay overnight.

Breakfast service and variety of meal is a terrible menu.

The hotel staff was friendly. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and varied.

Maybe there should be more cleaning staff, because the floor is really dirty in the stair area and the room corridor.

The hotel's location is very strategic, being close to the crowds and the beach. Check-in took a while, and the room was ready after almost an hour, so we were finally able to check in at 3:00. The rooms are in a different building than the family rooms (they have an elevator), while the deluxe rooms only have stairs to the third floor, and the rooms look dated. Overall, it's still recommended.

I stayed here two years ago, and I'm staying here again this year. Overall, the service and building are still good and well-maintained.

Friendly staff, asked to upgrade to a new junior room, the difference is not much, the room is nice, neat and clean, the breakfast is delicious, everything is great, the atmosphere is good, I got a sea view room, in short, it is recommended for those who want to vacation in Pangandaran ☺️
