Worst service, deposit needed

Friendly sleeping staff, luama service still uses a deposit, everything that was not informed from the start. Really really bad. Don't stay here until it's original. We are only here in transit, want to open a room on the spot, the service is also not good. Mas, it's really stupid, we stay only from 00-7.00, it's difficult to ask for forgiveness, finally we paid but we didn't use it!
