The atmosphere at the hotel is nice, the service is really good, the staff and employees are friendly. If I go to Alam Mayang or Asia Farm tomorrow, I will stay here again. Thank you. New Holie Hotel Hang Tuah, new weekend.

The best access for those who want to deal with the BKN office

Along the corridor the floor is dirty as if it is rarely cleaned. The lights are really dark, dim, both in the rooms and in the hallway. It needs to be maintained more, repainted, the floor must always be cleaned

I canceled check in after finding out how far it was from the city center.

Cleanliness is quite ok, the rooms are spacious & comfortable. Advice for the TV to change to a new model. The Wifi is difficult to log in to

Saya sangat menikmati pengalaman menginap di hotel ini. Pelayanan-nya baik, ramah. Penginapan-nya juga nyaman bersih.

Pelayanan komplain kurang cepat, ac gak bisa di stell, karena ada kata kuncinya jadi hanya karyawan yang tau dan hal hasil ac sangat kurang dingin. Tv masih model lama (Tabung) dan siaran tv hanya bisa dapat 4 siaran aja, remotpun juga susah digunakan.

Lokasi hotel jauh dari kota mau ke mana-mana susah dan kamar gak terlalu bersih. Sarapan kurang juga.

Recommended for a minimum budget hotel, it's good, feels like a 2 star or 3 star hotel.

The hotel is not friendly for families, in the lobby and along the hallway the stairs are dirty, the rooms for single + double bed sizes are too small as well as the bathrooms. On a dirty mattress and far access everywhere. But the service is friendly, the food tastes pretty good too.

The air conditioner is incomprehensible, it is no longer suitable for use for a hotel class.

The hotel is nice, clean, the rooms are comfortable.

With that price, it's worth the confusion.
