The hotel service was okay, the staff were friendly and allowed us to store our luggage before early check-in. The hotel grounds were clean and the view was beautiful. However, because the hotel was under renovation, the rooms had dirty floors, uneven walls, and imperfect decor, including uneven wood, dirty mirrors, and strewn cables. They also forgot to provide towels. The food was mediocre.

I always come back to Raja Hotel when I bring the kids on vacation. The hotel is close to the beach, so we can also play at Kuta Mandalika Beach. The spacious pool is perfect for kids to enjoy swimming.

Smooth check-in and check-out. Room gave modern vibes, free small bottle waters, TV with international channels, bed is comfy, and they provided hugging pillow-like. Make up room schedule is everyday, breakfast is just ok, maybe look out for ant colony inside your bread 😂 (toast them first). Breathtaking view and surroundings though. Every afternoon, beach is filled with locals and food stalls.

Initial expectations saw the hotel's location very close to the beach, easy to access, but when we first arrived, we were confused because the road access near the beach was closed (made one-way) and we had to go around asking how to get to the hotel. The hotel's location is very good on the beach but the surrounding area tends to be quiet, the road is dark, there are no crowds and it is difficult to find food vendors except on the second day we went towards Mawun Beach, only then did we see a lot of life. Reviews for breakfast, there are many menus but tasteless, several times the waiters were not responsive when some food was finished.

This deserves a 1 or 2 star rating, as 4 stars is very poor. Here are the points: 1. None of the receptionists were friendly, as hotel staff should be, as they should be if they have proper hospitality skills. 2. Upon entering the room, 80% of the wooden furniture was peeling. 3. The toilet door handle was loose and hadn't been repaired. 4. The stopper on the bottom of the toilet door was also loose, making a noise every time the door was opened. 5. There was a lot of rust on the metal hanger handles and also on the toilet. 6. The balcony door was even more ridiculous: there was a 5 cm gap in the door that wouldn't close, where the rail should have been inside. 7. Lots of animals and birds came in, but we still walked around on the floor. 8. The Wi-Fi didn't reach the room.

Good hotel at a beautiful location across the sea

The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and spacious, but I can't recommend the breakfast. It's very poor.

Friendly service, clean environment, delicious food, easy access

Alhamdulillah, thank you for the excellent, friendly, polite service... The bedroom was very clean, the bathroom too, coincidentally I stayed during the month of Ramadan, the sahur meal was delicious and served with fruit and juice... The front of the hotel is directly opposite Kuta Mandalika Beach, I will definitely stay here again 💕

The location is excellent, very strategic, but the price doesn't match the hotel's condition. The building and rooms are in dire need of maintenance. I rented three rooms, but they were in very poor condition, not commensurate with the price I paid.

Best hotel to spend time in Kuta Mandalika

This hotel is situated right in front of the beach, big facility but is very out dated. Service is poor and not a five star standard. The toilets near the reception area stink, the pillows on the bed were old and yellow with stains, the towels provided were not clean and as thin as a bedsheets. I wont be staying here again.

Stayed 2 nights, 3 rooms. The lobby was hot, but check-in was quick, maybe because of the breeze near the beach. The room floor felt dirty (maybe the type of floor is like an outdoor floor). The room next door looked like the interior of the room hadn't been finished yet..? The bathroom door handle was loose, I reported it but the response was slow. Overall the room is very spacious.. the bed for the king size is already big, only there is a spot of linen on the bed liner. for the bathroom okay.. only I had a bad experience, so in the morning at 6 o'clock the toilet would not flush. I wanted to use the toilet.. then I called the front desk, told to wait. but almost half an hour the technician did not come. I went down to the lobby the front desk said the technician would come. I went back to the room, 20 minutes still did not come. because I wanted to use the toilet, I went down again to the lobby, I explained to the front desk then the front desk called the technician on his cellphone, he said the technician was in front of my room. for handling problems, the hotel's response is very slow. even though I really expect from this hotel Because it is a 4 star hotel and a new hotel around Kuta Mandalika beach Lombok. Hopefully in the future the service can be better.. thank you

a very bad exeperience during check in, we got the key to the room that owns by others, and the supervisor insist that the room is empty while we see others people stuff in there. we need to wait more than 20 minutes u tilm got the replacrmrnt and it is alrradybwuite late while i have 66yo father that need to rest. the hotel desain in U letter but lift access only from one wing, hence you need to walk quite a bit if you get room opposite wing. turn out threre is other lift but they put it off for efficiency. the room has some broken wall and not clean. the food is not tasty at all consider it is lombok. the only good thing it is direct access to kuta lombok. if you have and option please consider others hotels.
