The hotel's location is very strategic in downtown Shinsaibashi Osaka, surrounded by famous brand shops (LV-Prada-Nike-Apple Store). The condition of the hotel room is quite clean with all the amenities, the toilet is also good with complete amenities, the breakfast menu is also quite tasty and has a variety of fruits (oranges, sunkist). What is somewhat lacking is elevator access to the lobby and the room has to go through several stairs, so if you carry large suitcases it is quite a hassle.
