This is a nice hotel, classic design, friendly staff (5-star quality staff), but the only downside is that the mattress is not clean, the floor is dusty, but next step it is worth staying here again..thx

friendly staff & safe + comfortable, okay, even though the TV is an old TV

The staff are all nice. Maybe because it's an old hotel, so it's often carried over by horror stories on YouTube. Actually it's quite clean, towels, soap are all okay. Hopefully it can be improved even better.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the bedroom and bathroom are clean. Towels, soap, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush are provided. Worth it and according to the price.

Almost every week I stay at this hotel, but now I am very disappointed after the new board of directors from Aston who implemented new rules without seeing the many shortcomings of this hotel. For example, the wifi is very bad, the hot water often goes out, the hot water does not automatically turn on, you have to call the front office to turn it on. The closet is dirty, the sheets smell musty, the blankets are full of holes, the pillowcases smell musty, there is no CCTV near the room hallway so the room is often knocked on by unknown people. Security is not optimal. There is no bellboy in the lobby. Hotel prices have increased but are not in accordance with the poor hotel facilities and services. Please ask the owner and all directors if they implement new rules, it seems they have to correct themselves first.

Hotel was good. Staff was friendly good attitude and good knowledge. It was. Good to stay with this hotell. Dan for sure to will be back
