The view is really nice, comfortable, you can smoke, and it's not difficult to access.

The swimming pool is clean, the hotel area is comfortable, the check-in time is friendly & what's interesting is the cashback for the hotel review is free coffee & ice cream.

The weakness is the limited receptionist time and the checking time is too long.

It's top-notch, I always come here every year when I go to Malaysia. But please upgrade the facilities. Mamak Husin is the best!

I booked a 3-bedroom apartment. It's fully equipped. The kitchenette has plates, bowls, glasses, knives, pans, pots, laundry detergent, and a sponge. There's a refrigerator. There's a washing machine and soap. The location is strategic, close to Alor and Pavilion. It's within walking distance. Near the hotel, there's a restaurant selling nasi lemak and noodles. Near Sevel and a fruit vendor. There's only one bathroom in the room, so you have to schedule shifts.

Excellent place for staying with family.

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at The Robertson Kuala Lumpur. It's close to Pudu Station, Jalan Alor, and Petaling Street, all within walking distance. The unit I booked also came with a variety of cooking and laundry equipment, making it easy to spend time with my family. If I ever return to Kuala Lumpur, I'll definitely stay here again. 👍

Check-in must be at 3 o'clock, so at 3 o'clock everyone was piling up. If those who were ready should have let them in first, even though check-out time was 11 o'clock, how come no one had finished even a single room by 2 o'clock? Furthermore, the room was not very clean and had a smell like cigarettes or a musty smell, I don't know. Previously, I stayed at the KLCC Sky Suite, the cleanliness and comfort were very different. The WhatsApp response was slow, and when I complained about the AC, they didn't reply anymore, it was rude.

The hotel doesn't have a 24-hour front desk and still requires a RM150 security deposit even if you've already paid in full. So, if you're checking out early in the morning, be careful, as there's no receptionist in the hotel in the morning. The electrical outlets are also different, so prepare yours at home.

The room was large, with two bedrooms. Upon arrival, it was clean and well-equipped, but no broom was provided, so we weren't sure whether they were cleaning the apartment or whether we were. Check-in had to be on time at 3 p.m. The location was quite strategic and not too far from everything. There was a swimming pool.

Yesterday I got the south building, a hotel near Alor and Bukit Bintang, also within walking distance, spacious room, fast wifi, TV not yet smart TV, generally clean but unfortunately when using the microwave there are many insects, a few days left there are also many, fortunately the room/bed is safe and clean, hopefully not all hotel rooms are like that, there was an incident where the hair dryer in the room short-circuited and sparks came out onto the bedsheets, but the staff was very friendly and didn't charge me because it wasn't our fault and the best thing is there is a 24-hour mamak shop downstairs, Muslim pulled noodles are also delicious, and several supermarkets, the fruit shop has a very complete range of products, overall okay for that budget.
