Our stay at The Langham, Jakarta was truly exceptional and exceeded our expectations. We chose this hotel to celebrate my mother's 63rd birthday on July 1st, and the hospitality we received was truly memorable. When we first checked in, we were immediately greeted with a surprise birthday cake and a sweet greeting card, which moved my mother to tears. The next morning, during breakfast, we received another surprise. The restaurant team brought out a birthday cake complete with candles, and several restaurant staff gathered to sing a birthday song and offer heartfelt wishes for my mother. We were deeply touched that the numerous staff members were willing to pause their busy schedules to surprise us and take photos with us. Thank you so much, The Langham, Jakarta, for your sincerity and truly five-star service. This is a wonderful memory that we will cherish for a lifetime. We will definitely be back! Great place location during staycation, clean and spacious room, nice service of staff. A lot of menu variation and as I expected with the fantastic taste. Finally, I do recommend this hotel for your staycation.
