The room was comfortable, clean, and fragrant, with cool air conditioning, and excellent service. It's a bit cramped for praying in the room, but there's a prayer room near the motorcycle parking lot.

I've stayed here several times, as the location is ideal for walking to Malioboro and the surrounding markets. I always book a mezzanine room, as the rooms are simply that comfortable. However, if you frequently drive to the hotel, it's not recommended, as the location is so close to Malioboro, which means traffic jams are frequent.

The hotel staff was unresponsive and there was a lot of miscommunication. Upon check-in, the room was still uncleaned and still had traces of someone else's presence.

The hotel staff was friendly, and the location was close to Malioboro Street and Beringharjo Market, accessible on foot or by pedicab. The room was large enough for four people, but there were no chairs, and the bathroom was dirty and small (with black mold stains on the walls). When I checked in at night, the entrance from the lobby to my room was also dirty.

The room was damp and stuffy. There was little lighting and no ventilation whatsoever.

The ladies and gentlemen are friendly. They always greet you when you arrive and leave, and they help you carry your things. There's a slight downside to the elevator's cleanliness; I'd recommend wiping it down to make it cleaner. The room itself is actually clean, but the sheets I received yesterday had stains on them, but they didn't smell.
