take too long to serve the food

Had a power outage in the morning for quite a long time, about 15 minutes. So worried but luckily I was in the room not in the elevator. Breakfast is quite varied and the atmosphere is cozy, it's just a shame the food tastes bad 🙏 Hopefully it can be improved. The front office staff are very friendly. The location is also close to malls so it's easy if you want to walk around or find food 👍🏻

reception staff, fat miss is not suitable at reception because she is too rude and can't work, the service is very very bad, it is suitable to be put in a clean place. for example, the luggage trolley has not been taken up to the room for 30 minutes. I want to get off and then move. if not, it will not be arranged to be taken up. and the parking lot is very minimal, even parking in front of the hotel on the sidewalk. Suggestions for 4-star and new hotels. Pay attention to guest comfort to provide a good parking location

Friendly and comfortable, but at breakfast it takes a while to refill food that has run out, so this needs to be improved.

for the room maybe because of the carpet base, and the velvet bed. so I feel really dusty.. for those who are allergic to dust like me, it will really feel like that. overall the rest is really okay. clean pool water, delicious food.

for a 4 STAR HOTEL it's okay, for the receptionist the service was VERY SLOW, asking for room slippers 2x with a waiting time of 1 hour without any confirmation and finally nothing was asked for without confirmation. for the breakfast it was incomplete 😁 the rest was really okay

The location is okay, close to everywhere. The cleanliness is top-notch. The AC is also very cold. The staff are friendly. The only thing that is a bit unfortunate is that there is no pool for children.

The hotel staff is very friendly. Especially Mr. Rendi (restaurant) who is very polite and friendly, with a soft voice, always alert & very quick to help. For the taste of the food 8/10. Only 1 thing that makes it complicated, opening and closing the cracker jar (porridge section). For the room (mine is in no. 602), it is not soundproof enough (a bit noisy, heard from the highway). Success always to all.

The hotel is not too big because it is in the middle of the city center but it is nice and minimalist, the staff are friendly, the food is comfortable and delicious, the swimming pool is also open until night, Overall good,. God willing, I will come back again 😁

Everything is good except the parking lot is small so you have to valet.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are big and clean, the breakfast has lots of variety and is quite tasty, the location is strategic, close to the city.

It's my 2nd time stayed here. It was quite enjoyable stayed here before. But at this time, I had a little bad experience, my room electricity turns off at 2am, the telephone room didn't work and we can't reach the front desk so I went downstairs, but luckily the staff were helpful.
