The room and service were fine, excellent. It's just a shame there's so much cigarette smoke in front of the hotel. Even leaving the hotel required a struggle to hold my breath. It turns out it's connected to the cafe next door, where everyone is smoking.

Very cool, I lost my wallet and it was returned so quickly even though I was already on my way back to my hometown. They contacted me immediately and everything was intact. Keep up the good work. Maybe we need to add a smoking area and a slightly wider parking area. Overall, it's great 💪

I've stayed here many times, but recently it's been a disappointment. The hotel lobby has become a 24-hour coffee shop, making parking difficult, and the quiet in the room is disturbed by the coffee shop's 24-hour operating machines and equipment. The staff offers no solutions and is irresponsible. Disappointing!

The room is spacious and comfortable. It's okay to take a baby with you, no fuss. Usually it's fussy when you take a baby to a lodging. This is just the first time the baby has been there, it's just delayed 😁🤭. The service is okay. Keep it up.

The hotel is in a very strategic location, close to the center of the crowd and easy to find food in cafes, restaurants or other places, close to minimarkets too.

The location is strategic, vehicle parking is quite tricky, the breakfast menu is standard, the hotel facilities are sufficient for the price.

The AC leaked, but it was immediately fixed when staff informed us. The room wasn't cleaned even though a sign had been posted. Otherwise, it was quite good and worth the price.

I'm very satisfied with this room for the price of around 200 rupiah. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is also spacious. The AC is cold. Overall, the room is perfect. It's clean too. Also, upon check-out, they confirmed that we had left an item behind via WhatsApp. It's trustworthy.
