Access from the toll road is very easy for those who want to be fast and are lazy to get stuck in traffic at Simpang Lima, the staff is also very helpful. The room is spacious, the decor is ok, but when I got the room the floor was a bit dirty, it didn't feel good on my feet, when I wiped it with a wet tissue it looked a bit dirty. But it was compensated by the price.

Honestly, parking is a bit lacking because when it's busy, people end up parking in shophouses where there are parking attendants, but overall the hotel is comfortable and nice even though there's a bit less storage space.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and fragrant. The area is also pleasant, with plenty of food and proximity to the city center, though parking is somewhat limited.

The blanket and bedsheets were dirty, and despite requesting a non-smoking room, I was given a smoking room. This is especially concerning as I am staying with a kid :(

The cleanliness of the room and bed was lacking. Please improve the cleanliness, sleeping was uncomfortable because the bed and blanket were dirty, making it itchy. The pillow was half wet even though it had just arrived. At least there was 1 bottle of mineral water in the room. Even though there was a refill, if there was no bottle, it was the same and it had to be taken out.

The location is quite strategic, although on a one-way street, there are many eateries nearby. The room was quite comfortable. There was a smell from the bathroom drain, but it gradually disappeared. I was a bit uncomfortable with the staff a few times. The room was tidied, but the towels were left on the bed, not in the bathroom. Even used drinking cups weren't replaced. If I wanted to borrow a spoon, I had to get it from the front desk (I've stayed at hotels of the same class, but they delivered it to me when I borrowed something). When checking out, the staff only accepted a card, no greeting whatsoever. I stayed for two days, and breakfast was the same: white rice, fried rice, chicken, vegetable capcay, fried noodles, and bread with jam. Drinks were water and syrup (?).
