Very convenient location. Great water pressure in the shower. Rooms are a lot smaller than in the Photos, but the bed was comfortable enough:)

The staff let me check in earlier.they clean room everyday.but abit noise.walking distanced to ben thanh market and malaysia street.1min to hindu temple.

I checked in receptions tolded no water in throom for free ok also missing flash spring water in the wash room .no safty box in the room no katel to boiling water .i mean this thing is the basics for any hotel ..i do not recommend this to any body.

The hotel was the worst I have stayed in. Booked a city view and ended up with a view of the back of the hotel sign. Room should have been non smoking and smelt very strongly of smoke. 4 plug sockets had not electricity and the bedside lamps did not work for the same reason. They brought an extension lead so that we could boil the kettle on the floor at the end of the bed and said that they could not move is as they were full. Completely untrue as we were moved the following morning at 8.30am to a room that we had seen empty at 6pm the previous evening. No one had stayed there! We lost the plastic hotel card for the door and they charged us £6 (equivalent) for a new one despite the inconvenience we had been out to the previous night. They just did not care. Terrible place and could not wait to leave to stay in another hotel in Ho Chi Minh City for the rest of our stay. The photos slow are what we thought we were booking to what we actually were given. Avoid.

The location is good. The staffs are very friendly, but I guess they did not clean the rooms while we leave the room.

Good place to stay

It is located fairly near to the shopping street/ben thanh market. The staff is friendly, helpful and english spoken. We even got free upgrade to a family room. Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am local time. Overall, it is a good stay and it is a great choice for shoppers.

Hotel near to Ben Thanh market and 15 mins walk to HCM City Hall. Room and toilet is clean and staffs are friendly. However, no daily refill mineral water and room is not sound proof, noisy at night (can hear any noise from the road). If you need a quiet place to have deep sleep at night, this may not be the good choice.

the hotel is good. location really near to malaysia street and ben thanh market. room is clean but not so big. but most importantly, the staff is really helpful. they even booked for me grab or uber. its easy for me to move around

It was good. Friendly staff and very helpful. No supply of complementary water bottles except on the first day.

Small budget hotel. Only given bottled drinking water free on the 1st day of stay. Room was small, wall is thin. Corridor sounds can be heard clearly. Aircon was leaking and water was on the floor. Toilet shower area was choked. Only plus point is hotel staff was friendly and good.

Xavier Hotel is a clean, comfortable budget hotel in a great location. Kinda hard to find the first time round though. Most of its rooms are without a window, which was perfect for me to escape the hustle and bustle of the noisy busy street outside. The bed creaks a bit and the internet access is kinda slow. Occasionally, some guests can be very noisy. Otherwise, I had a comfortable 6-day stay. The reception - two persons running 12-hour shifts - is attentive and helpful, booking excursions and airport transfers etc. Once they even packed me dinner coz I was tied up having to work in the room, very hungry but could go get dinner myself. 6 days is way too much to spend in HCMC but of the hotel itself, I'm glad I followed a friend's recommendation and chose Xavier.
