I booked 7 standard rooms with shared bathrooms. The problem was that there was only one bathroom for men and women, so we had to fight over who could shower. There are 10 shared bathrooms in total. And the worst part was, the water heater was electric, so once it ran out, it took a long time to get hot. Then the next day, for breakfast, we were only told to choose between chicken noodles or mac and cheese, which was also mediocre.

The pine forest vibes make you feel comfortable and calm. Unfortunately, the food is overpriced, not in accordance with the quality of the food served. For example, 1 BBQ package costs 130 thousand for 250 grams of beef without any condiments such as vegetables or anything. Only meat and grilling tools. Even though people don't buy just 1 package. Even white rice costs 15 thousand. The breakfast is also not proper. 65 thousand is only a small portion of mac and cheese without any protein, really macaroni and cheese. Please bobocabin improve the quality of its food. It's okay to set a high price but the quality must be okay.

This is my second bobocabin visit, which previously I stayed at Pangalengan site. Compared to that experience, this cabin is not as clean as the previous visit. I found strands of hairs on the edge of the bed. I booked the hot tub cabin, and to my surprise the moment I turned the jacuzzi on, there were moss sprayed from the jet. The place was good, the ambience was nice but if the cleanliness is well maintained it would be perfect.

Lack of lighting so when having a barbecue at night you have to use your cellphone flash... there should be a light on the umbrella. Lack of TV when it rains so you don't just sit still, if there is a TV it would be better

Everything is okay, only the cleanliness of the room is a bit lacking because some places in the room have spider webs that have not been cleaned. The water heater is not not working but it is at 0 from the beginning of entering the cabin. The result is when I want to take a hot shower it doesn't turn on. When I asked the officer, it turned out that the water heater was still at position 0 and immediately did what it should. Why wasn't the water heater positioned as it should have been from the beginning when I entered the room. The rest is okay.
