Friendly staff, clean rooms.

What I liked most was probably the infinity pool here; it's 1.35 meters deep and extends endlessly, with a great view of the castle. Breakfast was okay, but acceptable. There was a young, handsome receptionist at check-in, but he was a bit rude. When we arrived early and asked if rooms were available, he replied something like, "What do you think? Is there a room available at this time?" or something like that (I don't remember the exact words). Overall, I'll give it 3.5-4 stars. The hotel's structure is a bit unusual; the front is on the 3rd floor, but the back is on the 5th floor, something like that.

The hotel is a bit old but is being renovated. It has a beautiful location with views of the castle and mountains, and the food is not too bad, it's acceptable. Thank you, Nguyen Van Quan, for being so friendly and even helping me check in early.

The hotel is very nice and close to the city center.

Everything at the hotel was great! More importantly, the bathroom atmosphere needs improvement.

Although the price is a bit high, it is worth the experience for a trip to Tam Dao. Central location, beautiful view, spacious rooms, with many amenities. Breakfast is quite diverse and rich.

The room was ok, warm for the cold February air in Tam Dao. The buffet breakfast was also adequate.

I went with 2 people, I am Vietnamese, my friend is Korean so there are 2 different reviews as follows: Me: The hotel is nice, located near the center and has 2-way air conditioning so it feels comfortable. The room price is equivalent to the service, the swimming pool is also warm, the breakfast is also delicious. My friend: the room is about 8.5/10. The air conditioner is not very warm and a bit old, the temperature is set to 30 but the actual temperature is only about 18 degrees (had to call the technician to fix it once and was enthusiastically supported) The swimming pool is warm but my friend felt it was not very clean, the floor of the pool was a bit slippery, it felt like it was not cleaned regularly. The food is okay

Everything is perfect! 👌 with the cool weather + the great view, there is nothing more to say. It was very difficult to book a room.
