Sangat mengecewakan, kamar banyak serangga kecil, extra bed yang harus bayar 15rb jadi 50rb, sudah bayar extra bed masih harus bayar lagi 50rb entah untuk apa. Inti nya sangat mengecewakan.

Sorry for the inconvenience, sir, extra bed 25 thousand. The max capacity in the room is 3 people, sir. While father 1 family 7 people. So if you exceed the maximum limit, please understand for the extra charge.

I'm so disappointed. Booking lodging turned out to be not as expected, even the name of the white pillow inn was fictitious/non-existent, only the application. The image posted does not match. Hopefully it will be a consideration for others.

Sorry for the inconvenience, sir. It's not different at all, it's just that your deluxe order is full, so we switch it to the standard type, and the money is refunded according to the price listed. (The refund has been received directly by the father at the receptionist)
