Highly recommended for lodging in Bajo. It's located near the city and has a restaurant inside the hotel that is cheap! You can order and eat in your room if you are tired from walking around Bajo. The downside is that the hotel doesn't have an elevator so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs, huhu. But luckily it's only one floor :) The room is clean, smells good, there is hot water for showering and the AC is also cold 👍🏻

Unfortunately, there was a construction going on and it was way too loud. The Wi-Fi was also bad. But other than that, everything was pretty decent.

Very close to the airport, very friendly staff, delicious food, comfortable motorbike rental, overall I liked it. Unfortunately, the room smelled of sewage for 2 days. But I'll stay there again in a different room for the next visit.

So far, the accommodation is clean, the staff is friendly, and the location is close to the airport, just a 10-minute walk. However, it's far from the beach, the mall, and the beach. If you're just sailing and don't want to explore, this is perfect, but if you want to explore the area, it's not. There are plenty of hostels near the beach.

Highly recommended for those who want to go to Labuan Bajo on a budget. Stayed at this hotel because I was looking for a transit hotel before joining the OT sailing. The room was comfortable, felt like home. Very clean environment and inside. Cold AC, fast Wi-Fi, hot water running. The staff is friendly and responsive. Free mineral water refills near the reception and free tea/coffee. You also get free bread. Breakfast is delicious and there are many choices. The beef sei here and other dishes are champions! Must try and of course halal. If you want to stop by just to eat, you can also go to the restaurant. Plus, they sell souvenirs, t-shirts, etc., all of which are of good quality. It's very close to Komodo airport, so you don't have to worry if you have a flight. The downside is that if you want to wake up early with a sunrise view, you can't, because this is not a beachfront hotel. But if you want to walk around the beach, it's still very accessible by renting a motorbike. Of course, if you have the fortune, you can stay here or stay at its partner (Hotel El' Nipa).

I wish I could have stayed more than one night. The hotel is close to the airport, but I recommend taking a taxi if you have a lot of luggage, as the access road is a bit tricky. The check-in staff member was friendly and efficient. My room was spacious (approximately 18–20 square meters) and the beds were clean. Liquid soap dispensers would be more practical than bar soap, as they reduce plastic and soap waste and save housekeeping time. All in all, a pleasant stay.

The downside was having to climb up and down the stairs, especially with two heavy suitcases. Luckily, at checkout, an attendant was willing to help carry them.

Strategic location, near the airport, upstairs there is a restaurant and chicken porridge stall. Got a room in the basement, and the room was damp. The staff was a bit unfriendly, guests came to the reception but the staff was eating and serving guests while sitting. And there were also staff busy playing with their phones while there were guests at the reception. The room floor was sticky, in the future the staff's attitude and room cleanliness could be improved.

A comfortable place to stay in Labuan Bajo, close to Komodo Airport, shopping centers, and not too far from the harbor. The airport is accessible in 15 minutes on foot, or by motorcycle taxi for 10,000 rupiah each way. The room facilities are good: clean, cool AC, good hot water, and even though there's no TV, it doesn't detract from the room's aesthetic (I don't like watching TV anyway). The reception area provides coffee, tea, and Labuan Bajo's signature kompiang (sweets) every morning. There's also a restaurant with room service, offering a varied menu and reasonable prices, even though the menu's pictures are quite different from the actual food (there's a lack of food plates). The staff are friendly, helpful, and informative. You can ask the staff for tour plans to Padar Island, Komodo, and more. They also sell Labuan Bajo souvenirs like t-shirts, snacks, and more.
