I had a pretty interesting 4 nights here! During my 5-day business trip, I booked a standard studio. The room was like a small hostel, quite cramped. There was no free water. Downstairs was the bathroom (the toilet was clogged), the kitchen (no utensils except for a bottle of dish soap), and the refrigerator. Upstairs was the sleeping area with a thin mattress, pillows and blankets, a chest of drawers, and air conditioning. The downstairs and upstairs were connected by an iron staircase. If you wanted to eat anything, you had to order takeout or cook yourself (but you needed to bring your own utensils). The reception desk wasn't very fancy, but the staff were quite enthusiastic and pleasant. The price after tax and fees was over 380,000 VND/night (depending on the time of year as I booked through a third party), which might not be high compared to the city, but the lack of basic amenities was a bit disappointing. It's located in an alley, but cars can drive right up to the gate. Near the bus stop, about a 50m walk to Nguyen Duy Trinh street. There are also many restaurants around. Since I chose a standard studio, the experience might not have been great; other options would probably have been better. This type of room is only suitable for young people; it's not suitable for the elderly or young children because there's a staircase (without safety barriers).

These are long-term rental rooms, very small, and require climbing stairs to reach the sleeping area. There is no filtered water.

The place was so far from the central and from the airport. Need about 200VND by car just for the transportation. The owner, I guess, he is really funny but he helped me a lot. He cannot speak English but he used body language to talk to me. The apartement? yeah that’s okay. I can deal with it. It’s okay if you just want to stay for transit or rest

Location is far away. Room is not as advertised. Checked in next to the elevator, in front of the room the underground car park is very noisy. Contacted the rental place but got no response or resolution. 😡😡😡

Checking in was a bit of a surprise, because I booked a hotel room but what I got was no different from a student rental room but a bit more luxurious.

Spacious room suitable for families, couples are not suitable for use. The price is very reasonable, the staff is also kind and helps me with my luggage. Anyone who needs to stay for work can try choosing this place, if you are easy-going, everything is fine, the room is like in the picture, some amenities are not very complete but if you are careful to prepare yourself, it is ok ❤️ next time I have to go to Ho Chi Minh City, I will come back here

It's like a rented room. When I entered the room, I smelled a very unpleasant cigarette smell. When I checked in, the floor was very damp, and there were no slippers like other places to stay. There was no comb, everyone. Compared to the price, it was just an experience, but I won't come back.

Traveloka should note this address to avoid affecting their application. My family's experience was not as described by this accommodation. The room was small, no bed, weak water, not as described... especially my family almost got into danger here because the design of this facility has a door in the guest room that opens to an open space next to the balcony without a cover. My child almost got into danger if I didn't detect it in time.

Mình thuê 1 ngày (thứ 7-CN) căn duplex với giá có thể nói rẻ nhất khu vực Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh trong phân khúc dịch vụ cho thuê căn hộ theo ngày và được host sắp xếp vào phòng 404, quản lý tên Q và 2 anh bảo vệ rất thân thiện, nhiệt tình hướng dẫn. Toà nhà được xây theo hình thức chia thành nhiều loại phòng, các loại căn hộ dịch vụ được host cho thuê từ ngắn đến dài hạn, khá nhiều người ra vào, nên sẽ không được yên tĩnh lắm, bù lại tòa nhà mới, sạch sẽ, có thang máy, gần chợ, khu dân cư và đầy đủ tiện ích xung quanh, nhưng cực kì an ninh vì luôn có nhân viên trực 24/7. Phòng 404 mình thuê dạng duplex 1 tầng, sạch, rộng, thoáng, nhưng điểm trừ về mặt trang bị nội thất, không có ti vi, không có tủ lạnh, không có bất kì dụng cụ nấu nướng cơ bản và ăn uống ở khu vực bếp, nệm mỏng được đặt dưới sàn nên couple chàng và nàng cần trang bị băng gối và 2 khuỷu tay. Tủ quần áo không có móc áo. Nhìn chung với tầm giá như vậy thì tuyệt vời với dạng phòng trọ, hostel cho thuê. Nhưng dạng căn hộ thì phần nội thất nên được bố trí cơ bản để những gia đình ở xa khi thuê ngắn ngày thuận tiện sinh hoạt hơn, và khách cũng sẽ sẵn sàng chi thêm ngân sách, cũng như chọn bên này ưu tiên hàng đầu khi có nhu cầu thuê. Cực kỳ gợi ý cho các bạn sinh viên, nhân viên văn phòng, gia đình nhỏ, bạn bè tụ tập…
