Andre was helpful, communicative during our early-check in. The room is comfy with a king size bed, wonderful view from the bedroom as we can see Suramadu bridge from far. The room equipped with fridge, small pantry and hot/cold water. And the most interesting part is that free connecting access to Pakuwon mall. Love it!

Parking space is sufficient. The check-in process is a bit long because you have to wait for the clerk from the website. The rooms are quite okay, although not too spacious with quite complete facilities. The warm water in the bathroom does not flow smoothly. The view from the balcony of the room is quite good because it is located on the 26th floor. The swimming pool is the most pleasant place for relaxation. In general, with a fairly affordable price, we get a pretty okay staycation.
