The bathroom is not very clean, please improve it.

The room facilities are very lacking, the AC is not cold, the water flow is small, the hot water does not work, there is only one TV channel, and most importantly, sleeping in the room is like sleeping in a garden, and there are lots of mosquitoes as well as blood donation 😏. Not really worth the price. Thank you.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly.

1. Stairs - dusty. 2. Floor - fishy smell. 3. Hallway - dim lights, very dim, makes the atmosphere scary for children. 4. Balcony - dirty table with lots of lizard droppings, walls starting to peel. 5. Bathroom - lots of spider webs, crusty floor, rusty shower head, towels almost changed color, only 1, empty soap. 6. Bedroom - stained bed sheets, shaggy pillow sheets almost brown, TV is not digital, only 2 channels, stained glass. 7. AC - sounds not cold. 8. Room floor - dirty, fishy smell, lots of dust. 9. No doormat, not even hotel slippers are provided. 10. Breakfast - salty taste, no cutlery, no plate mat. 11. Receptionist - the woman is not friendly. 12. Plain water bowl - has started to smell. Please clean and repair it so that guests feel more at home.

Just checked in, the AC won't turn on, the toilet is dirty and not cleaned, the room is full of mosquitoes and dust, smells musty, when I complained about the TV not turning on, the staff answered that it was broken 🙏 disappointing.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the location is near the station.

Cleanliness is not well-maintained, they say the room is being cleaned but it is not clean, the AC is not cleaned enough, the room does not smell good, many facilities are not well-maintained, the roof is leaking, no tissues are provided in the room, no soap is provided, if it is said to have been cleaned, everything that is lacking or even missing after cleaning should have been provided, but this is not the case.

For cleanliness, it can be improved again, yes.

The receptionist could be much better. Breakfast was late, although it was agreed to deliver by 7 AM, and the food was sent by 10 AM. The receptionist wasn't helpful and seemed clueless about the situation. The washroom needs to improve in cleanliness. The TV isn't working. There is only 1 towel, although we booked for 2 people. I had booked 2 rooms, and both rooms are having the same challenges.

Totally different from the one in the photo, the room was not swept, the toilet was very dirty as if it had never been cleaned, very dirty, the towels were full of dust, when the security first arrived they just looked at us and didn't help us carry our suitcases to the 2nd floor (access to the 2nd floor is by stairs), not kid friendly, lots of mosquitoes.

The AC was cold but there was a lot of dust which made me cough, so I had to turn off the AC to avoid the dust, towels were lying on the toilet floor, the TV only had 4 channels and only 1 had a picture.

This isn't my first time staying here, and besides the strategic location, it's very close to Gubeng Station. The meatball soup next door is also really good.

What I received wasn't what was pictured. The walls were rotten and covered in moss. The bathroom leaked. The bedroom blankets were dirty. The hotel had a creepy atmosphere.

When asked why the AC wasn't cold, the staff just kept throwing out answers. So bad
