My favorite hotel every time I return to Hanoi… 1. Location: spacious, easy to park, near the park and Aeon Mall 2. Service: The hotel owner was very flexible in changing my check-in schedule because I had urgent work and could not stay as planned, even though Traveloka had expired the deadline for changing the schedule. 3. Cleanliness: This is a minus point because the room was not clean. Hopefully the hotel will take note of my comments and improve in the future

When I booked the room, there was a note that said 3 guests/room and it was not noted that there were 2 adults and 1 child, so I booked the room but when I checked in, I was told that the room was 2 adults and 1 child. I stayed at the hotel so I should note that I should check in after 12pm and before 2pm, otherwise if we arrived before 2pm and then at 11am, they said we arrived too early and still had to pay extra. Otherwise, I am very satisfied.

Mosquitoes flew in swarms when I entered the room. When I went out to tell the receptionist, the receptionist just smiled.

This is the second time I have booked a room here and both times the room smelled very bad of cigarette smoke.

Room without bed sheets for guests

Reading the comments is a bit confusing but the experience is ok, worth a try. The problem is that the third person will be charged a surcharge of 150k even though I booked a room for 3 people, but I discussed it with the receptionist so I just follow the rules.

Clean room, convenient and spacious parking lot, enthusiastic security. Room is clean but soundproofing is bad. Early morning, guests outside were playing loudly. There was a note when booking that the room was on a high floor but check-in Receptionist: Traveloka guests only have the 1st floor - I felt unfriendly and discriminated.

Phòng mới, sạch sẽ. Khách sạn ở khu đô thị mới, đường vào rộng rãi, có chỗ đỗ oto. Sẽ quay lại đây lần sau

The hotel said that because they booked through the app, they stayed in the underground room. The room smells a bit sweaty :(

The hotel area is very quiet, the rooms are large enough, full service lacks serving of meals. Room rates are a bit expensive.

The location is a bit difficult to find because it is in the middle of an adjacent area/villa. Staff are quite pleasant and friendly. Room rates are not cheap. Overall is ok, acceptable

The room is not soundproof, right on the first floor is quite noisy.
