I've stayed here many times, but this is the first time I've been disappointed. I booked a single room, and it was still available when I checked in. But when I checked in today, I was told the single room was fully booked and I had to pay for an upgrade, even though it wasn't my fault.

The water tap knob was broken, renovations were underway so it was very noisy in the morning, the pillows were thin.
