The room was very clean and comfortable. Towels, soap, and other items were provided. The only downside was the lack of hot water. You can order takeout, as it's a bit far from the food stalls.

The rooms are really nice with friendly staff. And a suggestion for the future: if possible, cover the windows, because sleeping alone is scary. The rooms on the second floor and above are very quiet. But the staff is on standby 24/7. For the price of around 200, this is the best.

Affordable. The price is commensurate with the facilities. Personally, I wasn't disappointed. The location is quiet, thanks to the residential area. Close to shopping centers (Lippo Mall Puri, Hypermart), business and government areas (Balkot JakBar). Suitable for those looking for a budget-friendly stay. You might have to sacrifice a bit for food (the easiest solution is via online apps for those who are lazy).

The blankets are thin, so a bed cover should be provided. There are also mosquitoes in the rooms. The service is adequate, but perhaps the staff should remind you not to open the door immediately when knocking, as it's considered impolite.

Smoking is not allowed, there is no place to smoke, I will not stay here again, I think the hotel does not know about boarding houses.

Our overnight stay at Cozy Puri was truly memorable, with a relatively affordable price for the Puri Indah area. The room was clean and comfortable, with a clean bathroom and complete toiletries. Located within a complex, security is assured.

I stayed here for two days and overall, it was a good experience. The place is clean and well-maintained. The room had plenty of storage space, a working TV, and the AC functioned properly, which made the stay comfortable. Basic toiletries like toothpaste, a toothbrush, shampoo, and soap were also provided, which was a nice touch. The price was affordable, making it a good value. The hotel is located in a good neighborhood, and there are restaurants and street food stalls nearby — all within walking distance, which was really convenient. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The blanket felt a bit rough on my skin, and the pillow was slightly too flat for my liking. The hot water wasn’t really hot — more like mildly warm — and the Wi-Fi was quite slow. Despite these minor drawbacks, I still enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back.

Maybe for the staff, if they want to chat, don't make too much noise because it can be heard from the upstairs room and it's quite disturbing.
