The receptionist (Mas Ridwan)'s hospitality and friendliness was extraordinary. Access is ok, facilities and security are ok, wifi and fast water. Disappointed with the pillows provided, thin and limp. The smell of the room was very unpleasant, I don't know where it came from. All night long inhaling aromas that make it uncomfortable to rest. Hopefully it can be resolved in the future.

As for the location, this affordable place was strategic, near to many cafes, you can even walk to Santa market. The staff was also kind and helpful. I only was disappointed by the cleanliness of room. I got room in floor 1, and when I opened the door, it was full of mosquitoes, let alone in the bathroom! A sign that this room never was used and not even prepared to have a guest one day before. Also, the television signal was really really poor. There 's no dustbin too, I had to ask to the staff to put one in mine 😟.

Lampu kamar mati 1, jadi kurang pencahayaan. Di beberapa tempat dinding terkelupas dan ada rembes air dari kamar mandi. Ranjang besi yang sering bunyi krit-krit kalo tidur diatasnya. Ac bocor. Booster tv tidak dapat digunakan. Lantainya lengket banget. Jijik kalo jalan telanjang kaki, tidak ada sendal hotel. Plusnya: ac nya dingin banget. Diberi perlengkapan mandi + 2 handuk. Ada ruang khusus merokok. Tempat tenang, tidak berisik. Tersedia air minum. Smart tv terhubung ke wifi. Pelayanan juga ramah.

The place is ok, there is a 150k deposit. Yes, it's not really fancy, but it's comfortable.

New and nice property. But the receptionist looks confused when guests come, also when checking out. The room given smells musty, the air conditioner is not cold. Then we were moved to another room, the AC was cold and the room wasn't musty. But the springbed mattress is sinking, the spring is already protruding. It seems like this is a new property, but the furniture is used. It's a shame, even though the location and others are good.

Its good due strategic area, new buildings and there kitchen available to use yes since they are actually an executive kost. Room spacious with smart TV. Wifi didn't try but parking so limited and only 2 staff on site which means service are so slow.

Can check in early depending on availability. The room is clean, there is a queen bed complete with bed linen and others, nightstand, 3 plug sockets, table, chair, cupboard + glass, trash can, doormat, ac, tv, and amenities. The bathroom is quite small but sufficient, there is a shower, toilet, and sink. Everything works well and is comfortable because the rooms are spacious. You can upgrade the room if you extend it directly on the spot.

I had booked in advance on 23 Nov for the check-in date on 14 Dec, I remarked that I will late check-in around 19:00, I arrived on 19:30 and surprisingly the front officer told me that"all room is occupied"Even when I was not properly enter the building yet. I had to wait for more than half hour to get the room ready, during that time the staff told me that this only room was having AC issues. And when I entered the room, yes, the AC was not working well. I had tried to be patient by not complaining it, but I can't. 11pm my husband asked for a fan at least because the room temperature is totally not comfort to take a rest. Then after waiting, they offered us to move to another place (upgrade) and we moved at 11:30 pm, which was lead me to confusion like"why didn't they offer us since beginning?"Let yourself conclude about the management. I hope, myself will be the last guest to feel this experience, and I expect for improvement as this place basically beyond my expectation for the low budget hotel. Their building seems new, the room is clean, and they have strategic location.
