The interior is beautiful, I like the shower set to 38 degrees, the room is cool but outside in the hallway and elevator it's hot, the soundproofing is a bit bad outside, what can I say? :)) Normal breakfast. The elevator looks dirty and rusty but is not cleaned regularly.

I booked a double room but the hotel returned me a room with 2 single beds and replied that only the double bed room has not been cleaned and this room has a larger area? Not satisfied with your solution at all. The hotel is beautiful, but the bed sheets are dirty and sandy, it feels like it can't be changed, but I can't call the reception because you guys will tell me that someone will clean the room tomorrow morning.

Nice room, clean, suitable for my taste. The cake and water at the cafe downstairs on the first floor are quite delicious. The breakfast is fine, varies from day to day.

Lovely room and right in the center of the tourist spot. New interior room, no unpleasant smell. The bathroom is fully equipped and clean. Friendly employee. The price I set on the app is very good compared to the price listed at the hotel. I am very satisfied with this place

Very recommended hotel! The design is cute, modern and cosy, they also have really good food and coffee. I ordered in their cafe many times while I stayed there because I love it. I also got the best breakfast so far in Vietnam (their seafood pho). Don't forget to mention their lovely staffs 🥰. They helped me to book Ha Long Bay tour (with cheaper price than on the website), motor bike and also shuttle (limo) to Ninh Binh. The restaurant recommendation also delicious. And they helped me to contact bike renter to picked me up in Ha Long City because I can't go back due to weather 😆.

Khách sạn khá đẹp, đồ ăn sáng ổn. Tuy nhiên điểm trừ là khách sạn không chủ động dọn phòng cho khách (như những khách sạn khác mình từng đi) mà chỉ dọn khi yêu cầu.

Newly built hotel, each room has a very good name. The breakfast is okay, the hotel I think is the most beautiful in this area, the room is clean and fully equipped. The only minus point is that there is no place to dry wet clothes. If you have needs such as renting a motorbike, or calling a taxi, please go down to the front desk. Ok okay 🥰 I will definitely book this hotel again next time. From the hotel to the sea, there are 600m, compared to the surrounding hotels, it is also close to r mng. Thank you for giving us a wonderful and emotional experience 💕

Khách sạn sạch sẽ , nhân viên dễ thương cafe hay đồ uống thì rất ổn nhưng do kén ăn nên mình thấy đồ ăn sáng mấy món nước thì okee mấy món khô thì hơi nhạt
