This is my fourth stay here. The service is always satisfactory. The staff is friendly, the environment is clean, and it's perfect for bringing children. There are lots of cute cats too. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Singkawang. Thank you, Pequena Casa.

The water smelled bad, and the room was suddenly opened twice by the cleaning service. Wasn't the hotel not notified of vacant and occupied rooms? The service was truly disappointing.

The hotel is actually very beautiful.. but the TV in the room can't be watched because it's being repaired and the broadcast is not available. For some reason, the toilet also smells very strong even though it has been sprayed with freshener and flushed many times. There is also a spot on the deck in the toilet that has black mold due to humidity, also the toilet shower already looks rusty. Please fix and improve it.. Room 103 selfie

The atmosphere is pleasant for relaxing and taking photos. However, during the day, it's a bit uncomfortable due to the noise from the many tourists who come to take photos.

Unfortunately, there was no electricity, and the generator was not working when we arrived. After a long journey from Kuching, we intended to take a nap, but it was too hot in the room, and there was no water supply as well. Hope the management will take action on this matter, where the generator should be working when there is no electricity, as the other hotel is working smoothly.

Although it's a bit tricky to access, a bit of a hidden gem, and I got lost on the map because the directions didn't allow cars, it was worth it with a beautiful, clean, and comfortable hotel. The cats are adorable, and the rooms are clean and exactly as pictured. The breakfast, as I'm vegetarian, wasn't always to my liking, but overall, I enjoyed my stay here.

There's no generator, the reception isn't 24/7 or on standby. The water didn't work in the morning, and the toilet smelled bad.

Some of the hotel staff were extremely unfriendly, especially the male receptionist. Hopefully, the hotel owner can provide training for the staff and receptionists, as otherwise, it will negatively impact the hotel itself. The hotel area experienced a power outage, but they didn't have a generator, claiming it was broken. However, I checked Google reviews a month ago and found a review that said there was no generator. Overall, the hotel was fine, but the staff and receptionist were extremely unfriendly.

The room is very narrow, not recommended for a family with a lot of stuff or with kids. It is clean but not for me. The hot water is not working in our designated room. For Rp.800k+, I would rather stay in Kyodai or Swiss Berlin or anywhere else.

It's crazy, as soon as you enter this hotel complex, the ambiance feels like you're in Singkawang, like a big city or even abroad. The hotel staff is also friendly, and the hotel facilities and rooms are nice because they're new. The restaurant is also healthy, offering vegetarian food. The lack of access to the hotel is offset by the satisfaction of the facilities provided when staying here. You could call it a family hotel, but it's also suitable for young people. Overall, it's highly recommended.

Poor hotel Wi-Fi signal & data. Very bad smell in the bathroom. Other than that, all worth it to stay here with family. Breakfast should not be limited to vegetarian; it should have more options for non-veg. Will come again.

The same person handles check-in and check-out, so the service takes a while. The room was perfectly adequate for storing luggage; there wasn't even a prayer room. My bathroom was fine and well-maintained. However, my mother's room smelled of septic tank water rising up, so the room smelled bad throughout our stay. Despite the staff's efforts, the smell remained strong. My room had direct pool access, so it was fun to jump in.
