The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is delicious, and it's very close to the city center. It's located next to Sarinah, easily accessible on foot, and has a fruit shop, restaurants, and even a reflexology center nearby, making it very strategic.

Everything was fine, but the room wasn't soundproof enough. You could hear conversations and the TV from the next room.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was clean, and the air conditioning was adequate for me, who can't stand the cold. Prayer mats, sarongs, and prayer robes were provided for those who wanted to pray in their rooms. A public prayer room was available on the second floor. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I stayed with my child.. I was given a room on the 5th floor.. 509 and 513.. I was in room 513. The initial check-in was good.. but I woke up at 2 am and couldn't sleep until dawn.. every 30 seconds there was a sound from above the room like a stone factory and it was about to collapse.. in the morning I called the receptionist.. she said it was the roar of the water pump machine that was automatically turned on..

I just realized this is a sharia hotel upon check-in. So far, the staff has been very friendly and there have been no issues. But when I entered the hallway, the hotel seemed a bit old. So different from a new hotel. When I entered the room, the room size was fine. However, I had trouble turning on the TV. I had to call the staff to get it to turn on, and even then, it would be off again the next day. I was too lazy to keep calling because the TV was on. What was lacking was that the prayer equipment in the room didn't seem to have been replaced. It still smelled musty like a prayer robe. In my opinion, it would be better to not have any prayer equipment at all if it wasn't new. Every time a guest changes, the prayer equipment must also be replaced. This is a suggestion for the hotel. Thank you.

It's within walking distance of the office center on Jalan Thamrin. Bakmi GM is right next door. It's also close to shopping centers. The breakfast menu is adequate, but could be improved.

The staff is friendly, the room is clean, the mung bean porridge is delicious, the lontong sayur is also delicious, but the lontong is just a little lacking. Some are just the right amount of softness, while others are a bit hard, but so far it's been a good stay. It's right next to Sarinah, so it's also close to Bundaran HI, GI, and PI.

The location is very strategic, near Sarinah and Bundaran HI. Easy access. At night, there's a culinary center on Jalan Sabang. Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the linens, as my sheets and pillowcases smelled bad when I stayed.

It’s my 2nd time staying in this hotel. The location of the hotel was near to the attractions (malls, MRT, busway station), the rooms were clean and since this is a Syariah hotel, they also provide us with praying set (mukena, sajadah, and sarung) in every room 👌🏼 Unfortunately, when I went to the restaurant to have my breakfast at 08.40, most of the foods were sold out, but the staff quickly refilled the foods.

Some of the amenities seemed a bit old or poorly maintained, such as the bathroom door handle having a hole in the lock, one of the bedroom lights being out, and the side shelf of the wardrobe being slightly tilted. The breakfast was quite tasty, but the menu seemed a bit lacking. Overall, it was quite comfortable, and the location was very strategic, being directly across from Sarinah.
